Abstract
A tool bag configured to hold tools for a construction worker. The tool bag comprises a pouch sized and configured for securely carrying construction tools, the pouch further comprising an upper edge defining an opening to the pouch and a lower edge defining a lower edge of the pouch. The linear length of the upper edge of the pouch is shorter than the linear length of the lower edge of the pouch to form an enclosed pouch.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 65 . (canceled)
66 . A tool bag configured to hold tools for a construction worker, the tool bag comprising a pouch sized and configured for securely carrying construction tools, the pouch further comprising an upper edge defining an opening to the pouch and a lower edge defining a lower edge of the pouch, wherein the linear length of the upper edge of the pouch is shorter than the linear length of the lower edge of the pouch to form an enclosed pouch.
67 . The tool bag of claim 66 wherein the upper edge is about 6 inches in length and the lower edge is about 7.5 inches in length.
68 . The tool bag of any one of claims 66 to 67 wherein the tool bag further comprises at least one drain hole in the bottom of the bag.
69 . The tool bag of any one of claims 66 to 67 wherein the drain hole is defined by a grommet.
70 . The tool bag of any one of claims 66 to 67 wherein the tool bag further comprises an accessory bag attachment system configured to attach to and hold at least a top surface and a bottom surface of at least one accessory bag.
71 - 87 . (canceled)
88 . A method comprising:
providing a tool pouch according to claim 66 to a worker and the worker placing a tool in and/or removing a tool from the pouch through the opening,
89 . The method of claim 88 wherein the method further comprises retaining the tool in the pouch when the bag is inverted due to the linear length of the upper edge of the pouch being shorter than the linear length of the lower edge of the pouch to form the enclosed pouch.
90 . The method of claim 88 or 89 wherein the method further comprises the worker placing an item in and/or removing an item from the accessory bag while the accessory bag is attached to the tool bag.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
