Risk evaluation system using people as sensors
Abstract
Disclosed is a risk evaluation system that uses people as sensors, wherein a control unit ( 21 ) in a stress management system ( 20 ) obtains mental health information and records same in a measurement information database ( 25 ). The control unit ( 21 ) then specifies a pattern in a reference pattern database ( 24 ) and obtains the measurement information relating to this pattern from the measurement information database ( 25 ). The control unit ( 21 ) in the stress management system ( 20 ) then revises a standard pattern based on individual attributes or work attributes. Next, the control unit ( 21 ) performs pattern matching and determines whether or not attention is required. If the determination is that attention is required, the control unit ( 21 ) presents an alert and an advice. This enables work, organization, and member risks to be appropriately evaluated based on changes in mental health information for a user.

means for obtaining, based on the constituent information, reference patterns relating to transition of mental information of each user; means for comparing transition of the mental information and the reference pattern; and means for outputting an alarm for each user based on the comparison result.
5 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 4 , further comprising:
user attribute information storage means for storing attribute information of each user, wherein the control means further comprises means for obtaining the attribute information of each user and correcting a comparison method based on the attribute information.
6 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 2 , further comprising:
means for comparing transition of the statistic and transition of the mental information of each user engaged in the business operation; and means for outputting an alarm for each user based on the comparison result.
7 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 3 , further comprising:
means for comparing transition of the statistic and transition of the mental information of each user engaged in the business operation; and means for outputting an alarm for each user based on the comparison result.
8 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 4 , further comprising:
means for comparing transition of the statistic and transition of the mental information of each user engaged in the business operation; and means for outputting an alarm for each user based on the comparison result.
9 . A risk evaluation system comprising:
a measurement unit configured to measure mental information of each user; a measurement information storage unit configured to store the mental information of each user time-sequentially; a pattern information storage unit configured to store a reference pattern serving as information of transition of the mental information; a business management information storage unit configured to store constituent information of a business operation carried out by a group and each user engaged in the business operation; and a control unit, the control unit being configured to:
obtain mental information of each user from the measurement unit to register the obtained mental information in the measurement information storage unit;
obtain transition of mental information of each user engaged in the business operation based on the constituent information;
compare the reference pattern stored in the pattern information storage unit to the transition of the mental information; and
output an alarm for the business operation based on the comparison result.
10 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 9 , wherein the control unit is further configured to:
calculate a statistic of the group using mental information of each user engaged in the business operation based on the constituent information; obtain, from the pattern information storage unit, a reference pattern relating to transition of the statistic; compare the reference pattern and the transition of the calculated statistic; and output an alarm for the business operation based on the comparison result.
11 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 9 , further comprising:
a business attribute information storage unit configured to store attribute information of each business operation, wherein the control unit is further configured to obtain the attribute information of each business operation and correct a comparison method based on the attribute information.
12 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 9 , wherein the control unit is further configured to:
obtain, based on the constituent information, reference patterns relating to transition of mental information of each user; compare transition of the mental information and the reference pattern; and output an alarm for each user based on the comparison result.
13 . The risk evaluation system according to claim 10 , wherein the control unit is further configured to:
compare transition of the statistic and transition of the mental information of each user engaged in the business operation; and output an alarm for each user based on the comparison result.
