Abstract
The present invention relates to a cap for consuming a liquid from a container comprising at least one hole for the exit of liquid from the container and at least one hole for the entrance of air into the container, said air inlet incorporating a check valve allowing the entrance of air but not the exit of liquid therethrough, said valve being built into the body of the cap.

A cap, formed by a top surface and a perimetric side wall, which can be fitted on an opening of a liquid container, with at least one hole for the exit of liquid from the container and at least one hole for the entrance of air into the container, characterized in that
it comprises a check valve for the entrance of air located in the air inlet to allow the entrance of air into the container but not the exit of the liquid, and said valve being built into the cap forming a single body or part.

The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that said valve comprises a tubular body with two ends, such that a first end is located in the air inlet with its walls surrounding it, and the second end opposite the first has contacting walls closing the tubular body when at rest or when exerting external pressure on the container and its walls are separated opening the tubular body when in use or when creating the vacuum inside the container.
3 . The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises coupling means for coupling to said container built into the cap forming a single body.
4 . The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that the tubular body extends into the container.
5 . The cap according to claim 3 , characterized in that said coupling means are a threading for fitting them on the container located in the perimetric wall of the cap.
6 . The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that the cap and the valve are made of the same non-resilient rigid material.
7 . The cap according to claim 6 , characterized in that it is made of a plastic material such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
8 . The cap according to claim 6 , characterized in that it is manufactured by means of injection in a single injection.
9 . The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a cover or top with internal projections intended for plugging the liquid outlet and air inlet.
10 . The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that the liquid outlet is open.
11 . The cap according to claim 1 , characterized in that the liquid outlet comprises a guiding element, with a top end and a bottom end, with the same section as the liquid outlet and coaxial or centered with respect to it.
12 . The cap according to claim 11 , characterized in that the guiding element is maintained coaxial or centered by the action of at least three ribs extending from the bottom part of the surface of the cap to the bottom end of the guiding element.
