Customizable handbag and method therefor

Abstract

A customizable purse has a main storage compartment. A covering is removably attached to an exterior surface of the main storage compartment. The covering has a predefined depth to form an additional storage area on the main storage compartment.

1 . A customizable purse comprising:
 a main storage compartment; and   a covering removably attached to an exterior surface of the main storage compartment, wherein the covering has a predefined depth to form an additional storage area on the main storage compartment.   
     
     
         2 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 1 , further comprising at least one handle removably attached to the main storage compartment. 
     
     
         3 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 2 , further comprising:
 loop attachment devices attached to the main storage compartment for removably attaching the at least one handle to the main storage compartment; and   a release device for opening and closing the loop to secure the at least one handle to the main storage compartment.   
     
     
         4 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 1 , further comprising a zipper to removably attached the cover to the exterior surface of the main storage compartment. 
     
     
         5 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 4 , wherein the zipper is attached to the entire perimeter of the cover. 
     
     
         6 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the covering is removably attached to a pair of exterior surface of the main storage compartment. 
     
     
         7 . A customizable purse comprising:
 a main storage compartment;   a covering removably attached to a pair of exterior surfaces of the main storage compartment, wherein the covering has a predefined depth to form additional storage areas on the main storage compartment; and   at least one handle removably attached to the main storage compartment.   
     
     
         8 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 7 , further comprising:
 loop attachment devices attached to the main storage compartment for removably attaching the at least one handle to the main storage compartment; and   a release device for opening and closing the loop to secure the at least one handle to the main storage compartment.   
     
     
         9 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 7 , further comprising a zipper to removably attached the Cover to the exterior surfaces of the main storage compartment. 
     
     
         10 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 9 , wherein the zipper is attached to the entire perimeter of the cover. 
     
     
         11 . A customizable purse comprising:
 a main storage compartment; and   a covering removably attached to an exterior surface of the main storage compartment, wherein the covering have a predefined depth to form an additional storage area on the main storage compartment; and   an attachment device formed around the entire perimeter of the covering to, removably attached the covering to the exterior surface of the main storage compartment.   
     
     
         12 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 11 , further comprising at least one handle removably attached to the main storage compartment. 
     
     
         13 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 12 , further comprising:
 loop attachment devices attached to the main storage compartment for removably attaching the at least one handle to the main storage compartment; and   a release device for opening and closing the loop to secure the at least one handle to the main storage compartment.   
     
     
         14 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 11 , wherein the attachment device is a zipper. 
     
     
         16 . A customizable purse in accordance with  claim 11 , wherein the covering is removably attached to a pair of exterior surface of the main storage compartment.
