Abstract

The present invention is a tobacco saving device utilized by a cigarette smoked by a user that includes a hollow elongated tube with a first end to accommodate slight diameter variations in the cigarettes that are placed within the hollow elongated tube and a second end that receives a standard tobacco cigarette that is utilized to connect a cigarette filter at the one end and a half of the cigarette at the other end with a gap between the ends. The tobacco saving device can also utilize a filter pusher that includes a distal end, a proximal end, an elongated stem and a plunger head disposed on the distal end of the elongated stem to remove tobacco residue formed within the elongated tube. The device can also have a tapered end on one of the ends of the hollow elongated end.

1 . A tobacco saving device utilized by a cigarette smoked by a user, comprising:
 a hollow elongated tube with two ends that receives a standard tobacco cigarette that is utilized to connect a cigarette filter at said one end and a half of said cigarette at said other end with a gap between said ends.   
     
     
         2 . The device according to  claim 1 , wherein said elongated tube is made of non-flammable material. 
     
     
         3 . The device according to  claim 2 , wherein said elongated hollow tube is made of stainless steel. 
     
     
         4 . The device according to  claim 2 , wherein said elongated hollow tube is made of ceramic. 
     
     
         5 . The device according to  claim 2 , wherein said elongated tube is made of plastic. 
     
     
         6 . A tobacco saving device utilized by a cigarette smoked by a user, comprising:
 a hollow elongated tube with a first tapered end to accommodate slight diameter variations in said cigarettes that are placed within said hollow elongated tube and a second end that receives a standard tobacco cigarette that is utilized to connect a cigarette filter at said one end and a half of said cigarette at said other end with a gap between said ends.   
     
     
         7 . The device according to  claim 6 , wherein said elongated tube is made of non-flammable material. 
     
     
         8 . The device according to  claim 7 , wherein said elongated hollow tube is made of stainless steel. 
     
     
         9 . The device according to  claim 7 , wherein said elongated hollow tube is made of ceramic. 
     
     
         10 . The device according to  claim 7 , wherein said elongated tube is made of plastic. 
     
     
         11 . The device according to  claim 6 , wherein said elongated tube is approximately 5/16 th  of an inch wide. 
     
     
         12 . The device according to  claim 6 , wherein said elongated tube is in the range of approximately 1- 1/2  inches to 2 inches long. 
     
     
         13 . A tobacco saving device utilized by a cigarette smoked by a user, comprising:
 a hollow elongated tube with a first tapered end to accommodate slight diameter variations in said cigarettes that are placed within said hollow elongated tube and a second end that receives a standard tobacco cigarette that is utilized to connect a cigarette filter at said one end and a half of said cigarette at said other end with a gap between said ends; and   a filter pusher that includes a distal end, a proximal end, an elongated stem and a plunger head disposed on said distal end of said elongated stem to remove tobacco residue formed within said elongated tube.   
     
     
         14 . The device according to  claim 13 , wherein said elongated tube is made of non-flammable material. 
     
     
         15 . The device according to  claim 14 , wherein said elongated hollow tube is made of stainless steel. 
     
     
         16 . The device according to  claim 14 , wherein said elongated hollow tube is made of ceramic. 
     
     
         17 . The device according to  claim 14 , wherein said elongated tube is made of plastic. 
     
     
         18 . The device according to  claim 13 , wherein said elongated tube and said plunger head are approximately 5/16 th  of an inch wide. 
     
     
         19 . The device according to  claim 13 , wherein said elongated tube and said filter pusher are in the range of approximately 1- 1/2  inches to 2 inches long. 
     
     
         20 . The device according to  claim 13 , wherein said filter pusher serves as a cap on one said end of said elongated tube.
