Abstract

Systems and methods disclosed for magnetically changeable pendant necklace that uses metal-based surfaces of decorative emblems, which adhere to a base containing a strong, high gauss magnet. To allow the wearer a great deal of flexibility in changing the pendant design without the use of any mechanical means. The magnet is designed in as a part of the pendant. The holding mechanism is of a high gauss magnet and is designed to allow the decorative element to attach itself to the magnetic base. The decorative element can be attached or removed with the least amount of effort and without any tools or any special knowledge or skill. The decorative element can be removed with a slight push of the fingers. Serves two functions; one for the Game of Golf and the other as a Fashion Statement. Safe, secure and fashionable necklace/pendant. Allows wearer to choose from a large assortment of pendants and match the style with the clothes without having to purchase a new necklace each time. Economical and elegant and can be worn with almost all styles of outfits and can be used by women of all age groups. Adjustable necklace allows use by women of all age groups.

1 . A Magnetic Jewelry assembly, comprising: a base in various shapes, which includes a high gauss magnet; and a decorative emblem of metal material that adheres to the base pendant by way of the magnet; Such emblem takes various forms in different shapes and sizes. 
     
     
         2 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base has a width that is smaller than the width of the emblem element (second surface). 
     
     
         3 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 2 , wherein the magnet has a width that is smaller than the width of the base element creating a flat surface(first surface). 
     
     
         4 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 3 , wherein the base and the decorative emblem are of different shapes. 
     
     
         5 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is attached to a distinctive circular bezel embellished with crystals. 
     
     
         6 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 5 , wherein the base and circular bezel have a chain attachment; the base is configured to be an attached pendant for a necklace. 
     
     
         7 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 3 , wherein the base comprises decorative features. 
     
     
         8 . The magnetic jewelry assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is meant to incorporate decorative emblem created by inventor, specifically Mark Your Spot™ Ball Marker.
