Yoga blocks with bow-shaped cross-sections

Abstract

A yoga block includes two opposite side surfaces, and a convex cambered surface, a plane surface. The yoga block allows users to achieve or maintain certain poses, stretches, exercises or therapeutic positions. Because of the bow-shaped cross-section, the center of gravity of the yoga block is lower than the center of gravity of the conventional rectangular or brick shaped yoga block. Therefore, the yoga block is more stable during operation when being located on the ground. Any risk of injury is reduced or eliminated due to the yoga block is toppled over during operation.

         5 . A yoga block assembly, comprising a plurality of yoga blocks, each yoga block includes two opposite side surfaces, and a convex cambered surface, a plane surface, wherein the yoga blocks are kept close to each other to form a wider convex cambered surface. 
     
     
         6 . The yoga block of  claim 5 , wherein a yoga practitioner lies down to the wider convex cambered surface to release the stress of the back during yoga exercises.
