Adjustable headwear billboard

Abstract

A flat panel, seamless body, size adjustable, head, ears and neck fabric cover, whereon a brand logo can be applied by screen printing or other means, prior to the construction thereof; cut in the form of a convex semi circle reconciled horizontally and vertically with a larger concave semi circle, pleated at the frontal contour thereof the smaller semi circle, so as to run across the forehead of the wearer, and curving downward prior to the ear at a approximately 90% relative to the headband position, to the shoulders and continuing to cover the head and back neck of the wearer. Size adjustability is provided by a horizontally movable buckle fitted to one elastic portion of an extended headband, comprised of a second elastic portion, a stationary buckle, two side portions and a frontal portion.

1 . Size adjustable headwear comprising; a flat seamless symmetric fabric panel having pleats at the smaller semi circular curvature thereof, and attached at said pleated frontal contour to the frontal portion of an elongated headband having elasticity.

The headwear as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said flat seamless symmetric fabric panel form is a convex semi circle of radius five inches, having a common horizontal diametric line with a concave semi circle of radius fourteen inches, and same semi circles having a common vertical symmetry axis, said two semi circles having a rightside concave reconciliation curve joining the circumference of said convex semi circle to the circumference of said concave semi circle along said horizontal diametric line, and a leftside concave reconciliation curve joining the circumference of said convex semi circle to the circumference of said concave semi circle along said horizontal diametric line.

The headwear as set forth in  claim 2 , wherein said frontal pleated seamless symmetric fabric panel conforms to the forehead of the wearer, extending across the forehead, above the eye brows, and curving downward along the face prior to the ears, at approximately 90% relative to the headband position, to the shoulders and continuing to cover the head and back neck of wearer, ear to ear. 
     
     
         4 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 3 , wherein said elongated headband is a frontal portion connected to a rightside portion extension, at one end, and at the other end, to a leftside portion extension. 
     
     
         5 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 4 , wherein a highly absorbent sweat band is enclosed within said frontal portion. 
     
     
         6 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 5 , wherein said rightside portion of said headband is connected to an elastic back rightside portion. 
     
     
         7 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 6 , wherein said leftside portion of said headband is connected to an elastic back leftside portion. 
     
     
         8 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 7 , wherein said rightside elastic portion is attached permanently to a buckle. 
     
     
         9 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 8 , wherein a second adjustable buckle connects said two elastic back portions of said headband. 
     
     
         10 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 9 , wherein said fabric is printable. 
     
     
         11 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 10 , wherein said fabric is washable 
     
     
         12 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 11 , wherein said convex semi circle five inch radius is variable. 
     
     
         13 . The headwear as set forth in  claim 12 , wherein said concave semi circle fourteen inch radius is variable.
