Abstract
The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed. According to one aspect of the present invention, an exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed is provided, comprising: a base plate on which a part of the body of a user is placed; a base frame which is coupled to the base plate and disposed on the ground; a support frame which is arranged to be held by a user, and which is rotatably coupled to the base frame and fixed at a predetermined angle; and an elastic band assembly which interconnects the support frame and the leg of the user, and which is elastically transformable. According to the exercise apparatus of the present invention, the base plate is arranged to enable the user to determine the part of the body thereof to be supported on the base plate, and locate the determined body part on the base plate. The base frame and the support frame rotate relative to one another and are fixed at a predetermined angle. Further, the sizes of the base frame and the support frame are variable and the lengths thereof are adjustable, thereby enabling easy storage. The user may adjust the posture thereof when holding the support frame and placing the body part thereof on the base plate, so as to select an optimum position for performing a hip-up exercise. Thus, improved utilization of the exercise apparatus is achieved.

a base plate on which a part of the body of a user is placed; a base frame which is connected to the base plate and is formed to be placed on the ground; a support frame which a user can grab, which is rotatably connected to the base frame and can be fixed at predetermined angles; and an elastic band assembly which connects the support frame to legs of a user and which is formed to be elastically transformable, characterized by a structure of the base frame divided into a fixed base frame connected to the support frame and an extended base frame which is connected to the base plate and which can be length-adjustable on the fixed base frame.
2 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed, comprising:
a base plate on which a part of the body of a user is placed; a base frame which is connected to the base plate and is formed to be placed on the ground; a support frame which a user can grab, which is rotatably connected to the base frame and can be fixed at predetermined angles; and an elastic band assembly which connects the support frame to legs of a user and which is formed to be elastically transformable, characterized by a structure of the support frame divided into a fixed support frame connected to the base frame and an extended support frame which can be length-adjustable on the fixed support frame.

An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 1 or claim 2 , characterized by this structure, wherein the elastic band assembly comprises: a wearable band which a user can wear around the thigh of the user and which has a band connection ring on the outside surface; a first hook connected to the band connection ring; a second hook connected to the support frame; and a connection band which connects the first hook to the second hook and which is elastically transformable.

An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 3 , characterized by the structure, wherein there is the support frame on which several support connection rings enabling the second hook to be connected are formed where the several support connection rings are formed in the long direction of the support frame.
5 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 3 , characterized by the structure, wherein the connection band is formed so that the length is adjustable in an elastically non-transformed state.
6 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 1 or claim 2 , characterized by the structure, wherein the base plate is formed parallel to the ground.
7 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 1 or claim 2 , characterized by the structure, wherein there is the base plate on which a cushion is formed.
8 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 1 or claim 2 , characterized by the structure, wherein there are the base frame and support frame that one can be placed in the inside of the other, so when they are rotated in the folded direction, they form the same plane.
9 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 8 , characterized by the structure, wherein an axis arm is furnished, but the axis arm is protruded to an outside of the base frame and support frame, so that a user can grab the axis arm.

An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 9 , characterized by the structure, wherein several base connection rings enabling the elastic band assembly to be connected are formed on the base frame, but the several base connection rings are formed in the long direction of the base frame.
11 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 10 , characterized by the structure, wherein the base connection ring is formed adjacent to the axis arm.
12 . An exercise apparatus enabling a hip-up exercise to be performed of claim 1 or claim 2 , characterized by the structure, wherein a display device displaying the exercise status of a user according to the action of the elastic band assembly is formed on the support frame.
