Abstract

Disclosed is a leather-like sheet including a fiber bundle entangled body which is an entangled body of a fiber bundle of ultrafine filaments. A fiber occupancy (A 1 ) of a superficial layer that is a zone covering ⅔ of the thickness from a front surface of the fiber bundle entangled body, is 36 to 56 vol %. A fiber occupancy (A 2 ) of a bottom layer thereof that is a zone covering ⅓ of the thickness from a back surface, is smaller than the fiber occupancy (A 1 ). A ratio (A 1 /A 2 ) of the fiber occupancy (A 1 ) to the fiber occupancy (A 2 ) is 1.08 to 1.8.

1 . A leather-like sheet comprising:
 a fiber bundle entangled body which is an entangled body of a fiber bundle of ultrafine filaments,   wherein   a fiber occupancy A 1  of a superficial layer that is a zone covering ⅔ of a thickness from a front surface of the fiber bundle entangled body is 36 to 56 vol %,   a fiber occupancy A 2  of a bottom layer that is a zone covering ⅓ of a thickness from a back surface is less than the fiber occupancy A 1 , and   a ratio A 1 /A 2  of the fiber occupancy A 1  to the fiber occupancy A 2  is 1.08 to 1.8.   
     
     
         2 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , wherein a fiber occupancy A 3  of an outermost layer that is a zone covering ⅓ of the thickness from the front surface is 36 to 60 vol %. 
     
     
         3 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the fiber bundle entangled body comprises a fiber bundle of continuously formed ultrafine filaments having a uniform fineness. 
     
     
         4 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , wherein a peeling strength on the superficial layer side is 3.0 kg/1.0 cm or greater, and the peeling strength on the superficial layer side is 1.08 to 2.0 times greater than a peeling strength on the bottom layer side. 
     
     
         5 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , having a logarithmic value of a tensile storage elastic modulus at 20° C. in a range of 6.0 to 7.8 Pa. 
     
     
         6 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , comprising 15 mass % or less of a polymer elastic body relative to a mass of the fiber bundle entangled body. 
     
     
         7 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 6 , wherein the fiber bundle of the ultrafine filaments is impregnated with the polymer elastic body, and the impregnated polymer elastic body is 5 mass % or less relative to a total mass of the polymer elastic body. 
     
     
         8 . A grain leather-like sheet comprising the leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , wherein a grain resin layer having a thickness of 1 to 300 μm is disposed on the front surface of the leather-like sheet. 
     
     
         9 . A napped leather-like sheet comprising the leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the ultrafine filaments present on a surface of the superficial layer are napped. 
     
     
         10 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 2 , wherein the fiber bundle entangled body comprises a fiber bundle of continuously formed ultrafine filaments having a uniform fineness. 
     
     
         11 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 2 , wherein a peeling strength on the superficial layer side is 3.0 kg/1.0 cm or greater, and the peeling strength on the superficial layer side is 1.08 to 2.0 times greater than a peeling strength on the bottom layer side. 
     
     
         12 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 3 , wherein a peeling strength on the superficial layer side is 3.0 kg/1.0 cm or greater, and the peeling strength on the superficial layer side is 1.08 to 2.0 times greater than a peeling strength on the bottom layer side. 
     
     
         13 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 2 , having a logarithmic value of a tensile storage elastic modulus at 20° C. in a range of 6.0 to 7.8 Pa. 
     
     
         14 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 3 , having a logarithmic value of a tensile storage elastic modulus at 20° C. in a range of 6.0 to 7.8 Pa. 
     
     
         15 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 4 , having a logarithmic value of a tensile storage elastic modulus at 20° C. in a range of 6.0 to 7.8 Pa. 
     
     
         16 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 2 , comprising 15 mass % or less of a polymer elastic body relative to a mass of the fiber bundle entangled body. 
     
     
         17 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 3 , comprising 15 mass % or less of a polymer elastic body relative to a mass of the fiber bundle entangled body. 
     
     
         18 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 4 , comprising 15 mass % or less of a polymer elastic body relative to a mass of the fiber bundle entangled body. 
     
     
         19 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 5 , comprising 15 mass % or less of a polymer elastic body relative to a mass of the fiber bundle entangled body. 
     
     
         20 . The leather-like sheet of  claim 1 , wherein the fiber occupancy A 1  is 40 to 50 vol %.
