Abstract

A cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer has a lower casing for protecting a flat computer; an upper cover rotatably connected to the lower casing for protecting the screen of the flat computer from damage; the upper cover being formed with at least one foldable line for folding the upper cover along the foldable line; wherein the upper cover is used as a cover and a supporter; the upper cover rotates along the lower casing with an angle greater than 180 degrees; the lower casing is folded along the foldable lines so as to be formed as a supporter of the lower casing for supporting the flat computer therein; thus the computer can stand; and the angle between the upper cover and the lower casing is adjustable so as to control the standing height of the flat computer.

Claims

1 - 13 . (canceled)

14 . A cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer, comprising:
a lower casing ( 10 ) for protecting a flat computer; an upper cover ( 20 ) rotatably connected to the lower casing for protecting a screen of the flat computer from damage; the upper cover being formed with three foldable lines for folding the upper cover along the foldable line; in that, the foldable lines are initiated from a point P′ at a middle portion of a lower edge of the upper cover; and then one the foldable lines extends to a lateral side of the upper cover and two other foldable lines extend to an upper edge of the upper cover so that the upper cover is divided into four triangles ( 21 , 22 , 23 and 24 ) by the three foldable lines; the areas between the four triangles ( 21 , 22 , 23 and 24 ) are weak areas so that the lower casing is foldable along these areas; and wherein the upper cover is used as a cover and a supporter; the upper cover rotates along the lower casing with an angle greater than 180 degrees; the lower casing is folded along the foldable lines so as to be formed as a supporter of the lower casing for supporting the flat computer therein; thus the computer can stand; and the angle between the upper cover and the lower casing is adjustable to control a standing height of the flat computer.

15 . The cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer as claimed in claim 14 , wherein a periphery of the lower casing is formed with a frame for enclosing a flat computer completely.

16 . The cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the frame and lower casing are formed with a plurality of holes, one hole serves for exposing a USB slot, one hole for sound transmission, and other holes for heat dissipation and other functions.

17 . A cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer, comprising:
a lower casing ( 10 ) for protecting a flat computer; an upper cover ( 20 ) rotatably connected to the lower casing for protecting a screen of the flat computer from damage; the upper cover being formed with four foldable lines; wherein the foldable line's are formed by a following way: a foldable line (H) approximately parallel to the lower side of the upper cover ( 20 ) passes through a point (P) which is located near a lower side of the upper cover ( 20 ); then two foldable lines (Q and R) extend from the point (P) to two upper corners of an upper side of the upper cover ( 20 ) so as to divide the upper cover into three triangular sections ( 41 , 42 and 43 ); another foldable lines (V) extend downwards from the point (P) to the lower side of the upper cover to divide a lower portion of the upper cover ( 20 ) into two oblong sections ( 44 and 45 ); these sections are connected flexibly so that the adjacent sections are foldable with respective to one another; the three triangular sections ( 41 , 42 and 43 ) include two approximately right triangles ( 41 and 43 ) clamping an approximately isosceles triangle ( 42 ); a bottom side of each right triangle ( 41 and 43 ) is adjacent to a corresponding oblong sections ( 45 and 44 ); and the areas between the different sections of the upper cover have weak structures so that they are folded to one another. wherein the upper cover is used as a cover and a supporter; the upper cover rotates along the lower casing with an angle greater than 180 degrees; the lower casing is folded along the foldable lines so as to be formed as a supporter of the lower casing for supporting the flat computer therein; thus the computer can stand; and the angle between the upper cover and the lower casing is adjustable so as to control the standing height of the flat computer.

18 . The cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer as claimed in claim 17 , wherein a periphery of the lower casing is formed with a frame for enclosing a flat computer completely.

19 . The cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer as claimed in claim 17 , wherein the frame and lower casing are formed with a plurality of holes, one hole serves for exposing a USB slot, one hole for sound transmission, and other holes for heat dissipation and other functions.

20 . A cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer, comprising:
a lower casing ( 10 ) for protecting a flat computer; an upper cover ( 20 ) rotatably connected to the lower casing for protecting a screen of the flat computer from damage; the upper cover being formed with four foldable lines; wherein the foldable lines are formed by a following way: a point (P) is located near a lower side of the upper cover ( 20 ); four foldable lines (Q, R, S and T) extending from the point (P) to the four corners of the upper cover ( 20 ) to divide an upper portion of the upper cover ( 20 ) into three triangular sections ( 61 , 62 and 63 ); another foldable lines (U) extend downwards from the point (P) to the lower side of the upper cover ( 20 ) so as to divide a lower portion of the upper cover ( 20 ) into two triangular sections ( 64 and 65 ); and these sections ( 61 , 62 , 63 , 64 and 65 ) are connected flexibly so that the adjacent sections are foldable with respective to one another; wherein the upper cover is used as a cover and a supporter; the upper cover rotates along the lower casing with an angle greater than 180 degrees; the lower casing is folded along the foldable lines so as to be formed as a supporter of the lower casing for supporting the flat computer therein; thus the computer can stand; and the angle between the upper cover and the lower casing is adjustable so as to control the standing height of the flat computer.

21 . The cover for packaging and supporting a flat computer as claimed in claim 17 , wherein a periphery of the lower casing is formed with a frame for enclosing a flat computer completely.
