One-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function

Abstract

A one-way cigar tube with cutting function is adjustable in length by changing relative position of an outer tube and an inner tube. Furthermore, an end ring received in the outer tube is pressed against a groove of the middle connecting member so as to provide better sealing and positioning effect between the outer tube and the inner tube. Finally, a cigar cutter is removably assembled in the cigar tube, so that the cigar tube is not only capable of carrying cigar but also capable of cutting cigar.

1 . A one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function comprising:
 an inner tube with two open ends;   a middle connecting member being an annular structure formed in an outer surface thereof with a groove which is located at one end of the middle connecting member, the middle connecting member being connected to one end of the inner tube in such a manner that the one end of the middle connecting member where the groove is located is abutted against an outer periphery of the inner tube;   an upper cover being connected to another end of the middle connecting member;   an end ring being received in the groove of the middle connecting member and abutted against an outer surface periphery of the inner tube;   a restriction ring being formed with an annular groove in its outer surface and connected to another end of the inner tube, the restriction ring having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of the end ring to restrict the end ring;   an elastic ring being C-shaped and received in the annular groove of the restriction ring;   an outer tube being sleeved on the inner tube and having one end connected to the end ring, the restriction ring and the elastic ring being received in the outer tube, so that the elastic ring is prevented from falling off;   a lower cover being a hollow structure and formed with a sealing bottom at an end surface thereof, and a pillar standing from the sealing bottom, the lower cover being connected to another end of the outer tube; and   a cutter comprising a housing and a knife, the housing being formed at a center thereof with a mounting portion, the knife being a hollow conical structure and assembled to the mounting portion of the housing, the housing being assembled to the lower cover in such a manner that the pillar of the lower cover  80  is inserted in the knife of the cutter.

The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the middle connecting member is formed on its inner surface with a first inner thread which is located at another end of the middle connecting member for engaging with an outer thread of the upper cover. 
     
     
         3 . The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the inner tube is provided with a first outer thread for engaging with a second inner thread of the middle connecting member. 
     
     
         4 . The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the outer tube is sleeved on the inner tube and formed at both ends thereof with a first inner thread for engaging with an outer thread of the end ring.

The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the inner tube is provided with the first outer thread and a second outer thread at both ends thereof, and the restriction ring is formed on its inner surface with an inner thread for engaging with the second outer thread of the inner tube.

The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the outer tube is provided with the first inner thread and a second inner thread at both ends thereof, and the lower cover is formed with a first outer thread at an end thereof adjacent to the sealing bottom for engaging with the second inner thread of the outer tube. 
     
     
         7 . The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the lower cover is formed at another end thereof with a second outer thread for engaging with an inner thread of the housing. 
     
     
         8 . The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the mounting portion is formed with an inner thread for engaging with an outer thread formed at one end of the knife. 
     
     
         9 . The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a plurality of concaves is formed in the annular groove to engage with a plurality of protrusions formed on an outer surface of the elastic ring. 
     
     
         10 . The one-way telescopic cigar tube with cutting function as claimed in  claim 1  is used for storage of cigar.
