Aminopyrazole triazolothiadiazole inhibitors of c-met protein kinase

Abstract

The present invention relates to compounds of formula I, which is useful in the inhibition of c-Met protein kinase. The invention also provides pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising compounds of formula I and methods of using the compositions in the treatment of proliferative disorders.

         14 . A method of treating or lessening the severity of a metastatic cancer in a patient comprising administering the following compound: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       or a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound, in an amount sufficient to treat or lessen the severity of said proliferative disorder in said patient. 
     
     
         14 . A method of treating or lessening the severity of a proliferative disorder selected from glioblastoma; a gastric carcinoma; or a cancer selected from colon, breast, prostate, brain, liver, pancreatic or lung cancer in a patient comprising administering the following compound: 
       
         
           
           
               
               
           
         
       
       or a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compound, in an amount sufficient to treat or lessen the severity of said proliferative disorder in said patient. 
     
     
         15 . The method according to  claim 14 , wherein said disorder is hepatocellular carcinoma.
