Abstract

A core network apparatus notifies a piece of identification information on each service for receiving multicast data in a down link to an access network apparatus. The access network apparatus receives the piece of the identification information notified from the core network apparatus to capture a radio channel for the service identified by the piece of the identification information. The core network apparatus transmits the multicast data to the access network apparatus in a receivable form on the basis of the piece of the identification information. The access network apparatus receives the multicast data transmitted from the core network apparatus on the basis of the piece of the identification information and transmits the received multicast data to terminals over the radio channel.

1 . A mobile communication system which provides a MBMS service for delivering multicast data, the mobile communication system comprising a core network node and an access network and a terminal, wherein
 the core network node   transmits a tunnel identification information for identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service, and the multicast data;   the access network   receives the tunnel identification information and the multicast data transmitted from the core network node, and transmits the multicast data to the terminal; and   the terminal   receives the multicast data transmitted from the access network.   
     
     
         2 . The mobile communication system according to  claim 1 , wherein the core network node transmits a session start message including the tunnel identification information. 
     
     
         3 . The mobile communication system according to  claim 1 , wherein the tunnel identification information is TEID (Tunnel Endpoint Identifier). 
     
     
         4 . The mobile communication system according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the access network comprises a base station, and   
       wherein the base station receives the tunnel identification information and the multicast data transmitted from the core network node. 
     
     
         5 . The mobile communication system according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the access network comprises a base station and a control unit that controls the base station, and   
       wherein the control unit receives the tunnel identification information and the multicast data transmitted from the core network node. 
     
     
         6 . A core network node in a mobile communication system which comprises an access network and a terminal and provides MBMS service for delivering multicast data, the core network node distributing the multicast data in a down link, comprising:
 a transmitter that transmits to the access network a tunnel identification information for identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service; and   a distributor that distributes the multicast data to the access network.   
     
     
         7 . The core network node according to  claim 6 ,
 wherein the access network comprises a base station,   
       wherein the transmitter transmits the tunnel identification information to the base station. 
     
     
         8 . The core network node according to  claim 6 ,
 wherein the access network comprises a base station and a control unit which controls the base station,   
       wherein the transmitter transmits the tunnel identification information to the control unit. 
     
     
         9 . An access network in a mobile communication system which provides a MBMS service for delivering multicast data, the access network comprising:
 a first receiver that receives a tunnel identification information identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service;   a second receiver that receives the multicast data from the core network node on the basis of the tunnel identification information; and   a transmitter that transmits the multicast data to a terminal.   
     
     
         10 . The access network according to  claim 9 , wherein the access network comprises a base station,
 wherein the base station comprises the first receiver and the second receiver.   
     
     
         11 . The access network according to  claim 9 , wherein the access network comprises a base station and a control unit that controls the base station,
 wherein the control unit comprises the first receiver and the second receiver.   
     
     
         12 . A multicast data distribution method in a mobile communication system which comprises a core network node, an access network and a terminal, and provides a MBMS service for delivering multicast data, the multicast data distribution method comprising;
 transmitting a tunnel identification information identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service and the multicast data from the core network node;   transmitting the multicast data to the terminal via the access network.   
     
     
         13 . The multicast data distribution method in the mobile communication system according to  claim 12 , wherein the core network node transmits a session start message including the tunnel identification information. 
     
     
         14 . The multicast data distribution method in the mobile communication system according to  claim 12 , wherein the access network comprises a base station; and
 wherein the core network node transmits the tunnel identification information to the base station.   
     
     
         15 . The multicast data distribution method in the mobile communication system according to  claim 12 , wherein the access network comprises a base station and a control unit that controls the base station; and
 wherein the core network node transmits the tunnel identification information to the control unit.   
     
     
         16 . A multicast data distribution method in a core network node in a mobile communication system which provides a MBMS service for delivering multicast data, the multicast data distribution method comprising:
 transmitting to an access network a tunnel identification information identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service; and   distributing the multicast data to the access network.   
     
     
         17 . The multicast data distribution method in the core network node according to  claim 16 , wherein the access network comprises a base station; and
 wherein the core network node transmits the tunnel identification information to the base station.   
     
     
         18 . The multicast data distribution method in the core network node according to  claim 16 , wherein the access network comprises a base station and a control unit that controls the base station; and
 wherein the core network node transmits the tunnel identification information to the control unit.   
     
     
         19 . A multicast data distribution method in an access network in a mobile communication system which provides a MBMS service for delivering multicast data, comprising:
 receiving, from a core network node, a tunnel identification information identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service;   receiving the multicast data from the core network node; and   transmitting the multicast data to a terminal.   
     
     
         20 . The multicast data distribution method in the access network according to  claim 19 , wherein the access network comprises a base station, and
 wherein the base station receives the tunnel identification information from the core network node.   
     
     
         21 . The multicast data distribution method in the access network according to  claim 19 , wherein the access network comprises a base station and a control unit that controls the base station, and
 wherein the control unit receives the tunnel identification information from the core network node.   
     
     
         22 . A terminal in a mobile communication system which comprises a core network node and an access network, and provides a MBMS service for delivering multicast data, the terminal comprising:
 means for performing wireless communication with the access network which receives, from the core network node, a tunnel identification information identifying a tunnel allocated to the MBMS service and the multicast data; and   means for receiving the multicast data which transmitted from the access network.   
     
     
         23 . The terminal according to  claim 22 , wherein the core network node transmits a session start message including the tunnel identification information. 
     
     
         24 . The terminal according to  claim 22 , wherein the tunnel identification information is TEID (Tunnel Endpoint Identifier). 
     
     
         25 . The terminal according to  claim 22 ,
 wherein the access network comprises a base station,   wherein the base station receives the tunnel identification information from the core network node.   
     
     
         26 . The terminal according to  claim 22 ,
