Abstract

The present invention relates to a closure device for a container storing a first medium, which has a chamber ( 07 ) for storing a second medium. The closure device comprises a closure cap ( 01 ) for closing a through-opening ( 14 ). The chamber ( 07 ) comprises a filler tube fastened to the closure cap ( 01 ) and a lid insert ( 08 ) fastened in the filler tube via a sealed connection. The chamber ( 07 ) is guidable into the through-opening ( 14 ) and is fastened to the closure cap ( 01 ). Furthermore, on a side turnable to face the interior of the container, the chamber ( 07 ) is closed, along a predetermined tear line ( 21 ), by a lid ( 09 ) formed integrally with the lid insert ( 08 ). The lid ( 09 ) further comprises an actuating member ( 19 ) with which, as the chamber ( 07 ) is guided out of the through-opening ( 14 ), the lid ( 09 ) is opened by tearing the predetermined tear line. The lid ( 09 ) can be pivoted via a hinge ( 11 ) designed integrally with the lid insert ( 08 ) towards the lid insert ( 08 ).

Closure device for a container storing a first medium, comprising a closure cap ( 01 ) for closing a through-opening ( 14 ) and a chamber ( 07 ) for storing a second medium, which chamber is guidable into the through-opening ( 14 ) and is fastened to the closure cap ( 01 ) on a side of the closure cap ( 01 ) turnable to face the through opening ( 14 ), wherein the chamber ( 07 ) comprises a filler tube ( 26 ) fastened to the closure cap ( 01 ) and a lid insert ( 08 ) fastened in the filler tube ( 26 ) via a sealed connection, and, is closed on a side turnable to face the interior of the container, along a predetermined tear line ( 21 ) by a lid ( 09 ) formed integrally with the lid insert ( 08 ), wherein the lid ( 09 ) has an actuating member ( 19 ) with which, as the chamber ( 07 ) is guided out of the through-opening ( 14 ), the lid ( 09 ) is opened by tearing the predetermined tear line ( 21 ), characterised in that the lid ( 09 ) can be pivoted towards the lid insert ( 08 ), via a hinge ( 11 ) formed integrally with the lid insert ( 08 ).

Closure device according to  claim 1 , characterised in that it further comprises a spindle arrangement ( 06 ,  16 ;  18 ) through which, in order to open the lid ( 01 ), the actuating member ( 19 ) is displaced towards the chamber ( 07 ) by rotating the closure cap ( 01 ) with the chamber ( 07 ) fastened thereon. 
     
     
         3 . Closure device according to  claim 2 , characterised in that it further comprises a flange ( 02 ) for mounting the closure device on an opening of the container, wherein the through-opening ( 14 ) is formed in the flange ( 02 ).

Closure device according to  claim 3 , characterised in that the spindle arrangement comprises a first thread ( 16 ) on the flange ( 02 ) and a second thread ( 06 ) on the closure cap ( 01 ), wherein the closure cap ( 01 ) can be screwed, with the second thread ( 06 ), onto the first thread ( 16 ) of the flange ( 02 ) and can be unscrewed therefrom. 
     
     
         5 . Closure device according to  claim 2 , characterised in that the actuating member is formed by a projection ( 19 ) through which the lid ( 09 ) projects beyond the through-opening ( 14 ) in the cross-section thereof.

Closure device according to  claim 5 , characterised in that the spindle arrangement comprises an upwardly sloping guide edge ( 18 ) which is arranged on a side of the through-opening ( 14 ) turnable to face the interior of the container, and is guided over the projection ( 19 ) when rotating the chamber ( 07 ) towards the through-opening ( 14 ). 
     
     
         7 . Closure device according to  claim 1 , characterised in that the chamber ( 07 ) is designed cylindrically, wherein the lid ( 09 ) is designed on a circular base area of the cylindrical form.

Set of components for producing a closure device for a container storing a first medium, comprising a closure cap ( 01 ) for closing a through-opening ( 14 ), and lid insert ( 08 ), wherein a filler tube ( 26 ) is fastened to the closure cap ( 01 ) on a side of the closure cap ( 01 ) turnable to face the through-opening ( 14 ), in which filler tube the lid insert ( 08 ) is fastenable via a sealed connection to form a chamber ( 07 ) for storing a second medium, which chamber is guidable into the through-opening ( 14 ) and is closed on a side facing the interior of the container by a lid ( 09 ) designed integrally with the lid insert ( 08 ), wherein, via a predetermined tear line ( 21 ), the lid ( 09 ) closes the formable chamber ( 07 ) can be pivoted via a hinge ( 11 ) towards the lid insert ( 08 ) designed integrally with the lid insert ( 08 ) and has an actuating member ( 19 ) with which the lid ( 09 ) is opened when guiding the chamber ( 07 ) out of the through-opening ( 14 ) by tearing the predetermined tear line ( 21 ).
