Abstract

A framework for camping tents and parasols has an oscillating secure locking system allowing the folding and extending thereof and having a central part or joint with radial grooves for a prismatic arm in correspondence with each groove. Each arm has at its inner end a channel for the articulated coupling on the transverse axis of the respective groove, allowing the positioning of the arms and of the respective rods coupled to the arms. The cloth, the central part and the oscillating secure locking part are secured of a stem forming part of a cap with a hole for a pull cord for extending the tent or parasol, the stem of the cap being housed in a central hole of the central part.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A framework for camping tents and parasols comprising an oscillating secure locking system for extending the cloth corresponding to a camping tent or parasol and for allowing the folding of the camping tent or parasol, using rods keeping different parts of the cloth extended, the parts of the cloth corresponding to the walls or side surfaces and roof, wherein the framework is formed from a central part in the form of a joint with a plurality of radial grooves, at the bottom of the central part being provided with a crosspiece acting as an assembly and rotation shaft for a prismatic arm in correspondence with each of the radial grooves, the arm of each groove is finished at an inner end with a channel for articulated coupling on a transverse axis of the respective groove, allowing positioning both in a folded situation for the arms and in an extended situation, and the respective rods are coupled by insertion in an axial passage or hole arranged in each of the arms; provided that the cloth and the central part and the oscillating secure locking part for being locked with such cloth are secured by a stem, a first portion of the stem being rectangular to rotate said locking system and a second portion of the stem being circular for securing the central part, the stem being part of a cap with a head with two planar prolongations for rotating the secure locking system and with a hole or ring for the passage of a pull cord to enable extending the tent or parasol to be formed, the stem of the cap being housed in a central hole of the central part.

2 . The framework for camping tents and parasols with an oscillating secure locking system according to claim 1 , wherein the central part has a plurality of radial grooves enabling the use of all or part of the radial grooves and the assembly of three or more arms and respective rods, to be adapted to the design of the tent or parasol sought, assembling or removing the desired number of arms and rods.
