Article of jewelry or accessory

Abstract

An article of jewelry or accessory has a holding element; a hollow transparent element, held by said holding element and bounding an inner space, and at least one decorative element located inside said space and connected to said holding element so that it is visible through said transparent element and vibrates in response to a movement of the article of jewelry.

An article of jewelry or accessory, comprising a holding element; a hollow transparent element; held by said holding element and bounding an inner space; and at least one decorative element located inside said space and connected to said holding element so that it is visible through said transparent element and vibrates in response to a movement of the article of jewelry. 
     
     
         2 . An article as defined in  claim 1 ; further comprising a plurality of said decorative elements located adjacent to one another in said space, visible through said transparent element and vibrating in response to a movement of the article of jewelry. 
     
     
         3 . An article as defined in  claim 1 ; further comprising connecting means for connecting said at least one decorative element with said holding element so that said at least one decorative element vibrates under the action of movement of the article of jewelry. 
     
     
         4 . An article as defined in  claim 3 , wherein said connecting means is formed so that said decorative element vibrates 3-dimensionally under the action of movement of the article of jewelry. 
     
     
         5 . An article as defined in  claim 4 , wherein said connecting means includes a spring having one end connected to said holding element and another end connected to said decorative element. 
     
     
         6 . An article as defined in  claim 5 , wherein said spring is composed of a substantially flat wound ribbon. 
     
     
         7 . An article as defined in  claim 1 , wherein said decorative element is formed as a flower. 
     
     
         8 . An article as defined in  claim 1 , wherein said hollow transparent element is composed of a rock crystal. 
     
     
         9 . An article as defined in  claim 1 , wherein said hollow transparent element has a substantially semi-spherical shape.
