Abstract

A polishing fixture includes a body, two fixing members and a pushing member. The body includes two opposite side walls and a main wall connecting the side walls. Each fixing member is slidably mounted on the corresponding side wall along a first direction. The pushing member is slidably mounted on the main wall along a second direction vertical to the first direction. The pushing member includes pushing pillars resisted against the fixing members. The fixing members are separated from the body to be a smain state when the pushing pillars are pressed into the space enclosed by the body and the fixing members.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A polishing fixture, comprising:
a body comprising two opposite side walls and a main wall connecting the side walls; two fixing members, each fixing member being slidably mounted on the corresponding side wall along a first direction; a pushing member slidably mounted on the main wall along a second direction vertical to the first direction, the pushing member comprising pushing pillars resisted against the fixing members; wherein the fixing members are separated from the body to be a stable state when the pushing pillars are pressed into the space enclosed by the body and the fixing members.

2 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each pushing pillar defines a driving wedge surface, each fixing member defines wedge surfaces, and each wedge surface is resisted against the corresponding driving wedge surface for separating the fixing members from the body.

3 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 2 , wherein each pushing pillar defines a resisting surface connecting the driving wedge surface, each fixing member defines pressing surfaces, and each pressing surface is connected with the corresponding wedge surface, the polishing fixture is in the stable state when each pressing surface is resisted against the corresponding resisting surface.

4 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the polishing fixture further comprises at least one elastic member fixed on the body, and each end of the at least one elastic member is fixed to the corresponding fixing member.

5 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the body defines at least one hole, the at least one elastic member is mounted in the corresponding elastic member.

6 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 5 , wherein each fixing member defines at least one fixing slot, the at least one fixing slot defines a fixing pin, the pin ends of the elastic members are fixed in the fixing slots with the fixing pins.

7 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the body has first guide pins fixed on the side walls, each fixing member defines first guide holes, and each first guide pin is mounted in the corresponding first guide hole to guide the fixing members to move along the first direction.

8 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the body has second guide pins fixed on the main wall, the pushing member defines second guide holes, and each second guide pin is mounted in the corresponding second guide hole to guide the pushing member to move along the second direction.

9 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the polishing fixture further comprises a screw, the pushing member defines a through hole, the main wall defines a threaded hole, the screw is fixed in the threaded hole through the through hole.

10 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pushing member defines a handle.

         11 . A polishing fixture, comprising:
a body comprising two opposite side walls and a main wall connecting the side walls; two fixing members, each fixing member being slidably mounted on the corresponding side wall from one side of the body to the other opposite side; a pushing member mounted on the main wall being capable to move towards the body, the pushing member comprising pushing pillars resisted against the fixing members; wherein the fixing members are separated from the body to be a stable state when the pushing pillars are pressed into the space enclosed by the body and the fixing members.

12 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 11 , wherein each pushing pillar defines a driving wedge surface, each fixing member defines wedge surfaces, and each wedge surface is resisted against the corresponding driving wedge surface for separating the fixing members from the body.

13 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 12 , wherein each pushing pillar defines a resisting surface connecting the driving wedge surface, each fixing member defines pressing surfaces, and each pressing surface is connected with the corresponding wedge surface, the polishing fixture is in the stable state when each pressing surface is resisted against the corresponding resisting surface.

14 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the polishing fixture further comprises at least one elastic member fixed on the body, and each end of the at least one elastic member is fixed to corresponding one fixing member.

15 . The polishing fixture as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the body defines at least one hole, the at least one elastic member is mounted in the corresponding elastic member.
