Packaging cardboard frame with buffer mechansim
Abstract
A packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism comprises a hollow structure unit or a solid structure unit which is made of cardboard, and a machine is used to continuously press and fold the cardboard along a folding line to stack the cardboard into the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit, and the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism has at least one notch for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism, and a cushion material embedded at the center position of the hollow structure unit to produce elasticity, such that the packaging cardboard frame has the supporting and buffering effects concurrently.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism, comprising:
a hollow structure unit or a solid structure unit, made of cardboard; a folding line formed on the cardboard and provided for a machine to press and fold to stack the cardboard into the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit; at least one notch, for latching or embedding the packaging cardboard frame; and a cushion material, embedded into the center position of the hollow structure unit to produce elasticity, such that the packaging cardboard frame has the supporting and buffering effects concurrently.
2 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the cardboard includes a plurality of folding lines formed thereon, and provided for a machine to continuously press and fold the cardboard along the folding lines to stack the cardboard into the solid structure unit, or forming a hollow structure at the center position of any two solid structure units.
3 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the notch is a junction of the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit and provided for latching or embedding the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit in any two different directions.
4 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the position of the notch is measured before the machine continuously presses and folds the cardboard, and a cutting tool is provided for cutting and forming the notch.
5 . (canceled)
6 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the notch is provided for latching or embedding the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit in a horizontal direction or a perpendicular direction to form a three-dimensional column structure.
7 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the notch is rectangular, L-shaped, O-shaped, or cross-shaped.
8 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the folding line has a groove formed at the same position of the folding line and provided for facilitating pressing and folding the cardboard, and enhancing the seal level of the continuously pressed and folded cardboard.
9 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the hollow structure unit or the solid structure unit is an I-shaped column structure, an L-shaped column structure or an L-shaped column structure with a recession formed at the middle of the L-shaped column structure.
10 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein the cushion material is a plastic bracket, an air pad, a polylon material or an EPE foam material.
11 . The packaging cardboard frame with a buffer mechanism as recited in claim 1 , wherein a glue is sprayed or coated to enhance the strength of the folded frame, when the machine presses and folds the cardboard.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
