Abstract
The invention is a tie holder comprising an elongate connecting member ( 22 ) for connection to a shirt ( 14 ) of a person wearing the tie, a first holding member ( 20 ) that can be connected to a tie ( 10 ), and a second holding member ( 18 ) connected to the connecting member ( 22 ). In this case, the two holding members ( 18, 20 ) can be connected to one another through magnetic force.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A tie holder comprising:
an elongate connecting member ( 22 ) for connecting to a shirt ( 14 ) of a person wearing a tie ( 10 ), a first holding member ( 20 ) for connecting to a tie ( 10 ), and a second holding member ( 18 ) connected to the connecting member ( 22 ), wherein the two holding members ( 18 , 20 ) can be connected to one another through magnetic force.
2 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , wherein one of the first and second holding members ( 18 , 20 ) comprises a magnet, wherein the respective other holding member ( 18 , 20 ) comprises a magnetic member.
3 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second holding members ( 18 , 20 ) comprise a magnet.
4 . The tie holder according to claim 3 , wherein the magnet is a neodymium magnet.
5 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the connecting member ( 22 ) is magnetic.
6 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting member ( 22 ) is adjustable in length.
7 . The tie holder according to claim 6 , wherein the connecting member ( 22 ) is a lasso comprising a loop ( 28 ), wherein the length of the connecting member ( 22 ) can be changed by pulling on one end of the connecting member ( 22 ).
8 . The tie holder according to claim 7 , wherein the connecting member ( 22 ) is guided through openings of an intermediate member ( 26 ), wherein the intermediate member ( 26 ), by means of friction force, ensures the size of the loop ( 28 ).
9 . The tie holder according to claim 8 , wherein the intermediate member ( 26 ) can be displaced along the connecting member ( 22 ).
10 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting member ( 22 ) is flexible.
11 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , wherein the first holding member ( 20 ) can be attached to a back of a tie ( 10 ) by a clip.
12 . The tie holder according to claim 1 , further comprising an ornament ( 24 ) attached to the front of a tie ( 10 ).
13 . The tie holder according to claim 12 , wherein the ornament ( 24 ) can be connected to the first holding member ( 20 ), the connecting member ( 22 ) and/or the second holding member ( 18 ).
14 . The tie holder according to claim 13 , wherein the connection is established by means of magnetic force.
15 . The tie holder according to claim 12 , where the ornament ( 24 ) is exchangeable.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
