Ball throwing device

Abstract

Embodiments relate to a ball throwing device, including a base, a vertical support in contact with the base, a flexible component and a ball-supporting head configured to hold a ball. When a user pulls back on one or more of the ball, ball-supporting head or flexible component and then releases, the ball is projected.

1 . A ball throwing device, comprising:
 a base;   a vertical support, in contact with the base;   a flexible component; and   a ball-supporting head, configured to hold a ball;   wherein when a user pulls back on one or more of the ball, ball-supporting head or flexible component and then releases, the ball is projected.   
     
     
         2 . The ball throwing device of  claim 1 , wherein the support comprises telescopic tubing to adjust the height of the support. 
     
     
         3 . The ball throwing device of  claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a base attaching component. 
     
     
         4 . The ball throwing device of  claim 3 , wherein the base comprises one or more of the ground, fence and vehicle trailer hitch. 
     
     
         5 . The ball throwing device of  claim 1 , wherein the flexible component comprises fiberglass. 
     
     
         6 . The ball throwing device of  claim 1 , wherein the ball-supporting head comprises a two-pronged holder. 
     
     
         7 . The ball throwing device of  claim 6 , wherein the two-pronged holder meets at an apex. 
     
     
         8 . The ball throwing device of  claim 1 , further comprising a compression adapter in contact with the flexible component and supporting the flexible component. 
     
     
         9 . The ball throwing device of  claim 8 , wherein the flexible component can be turned and set in the compression adapter. 
     
     
         10 . A hand-held ball throwing device, comprising:
 a grip portion;   a flexible component; and   a ball-supporting head, configured to hold a ball;   wherein when a user pulls back on or more of the ball, ball-supporting head or flexible component and then releases, the ball is projected.   
     
     
         11 . The ball throwing device of  claim 10 , wherein the flexible component comprises fiberglass. 
     
     
         12 . The ball throwing device of  claim 10 , wherein the ball-supporting head comprises a two-pronged holder. 
     
     
         13 . The ball throwing device of  claim 12 , wherein the two-pronged holder meets at an apex. 
     
     
         14 . The ball throwing device of  claim 10 , further comprising a compression adapter in contact with the flexible component and supporting the flexible component. 
     
     
         15 . The ball throwing device of  claim 14 , wherein the flexible component can be turned and set in the compression adapter.
