Abstract

The present invention provides a safety control device of gas oven, which is connected with an oven door of the gas oven, a burner and a gas pipeline; it comprising: a main body and a control unit, of which the main body is provided with a gas inlet and several gas outlets; the control unit is flexibly set into the main body and connected with the oven door, so as to control if the gas inlet is connected with the gas outlet; with this design, it enables gas supply to the oven and guarantee its operating safety by controlling the oven door.

1 . A safety control device of gas oven, connected with an oven door, a burner and a gas pipeline, comprising:
 a main body, which is provided with a hollow holding space and a gas inlet/outlet connected with the holding space; a pipe port is set at the position where the gas inlet is connected with the holding space; the gas inlet is connected with the gas pipeline, while the gas outlet is connected with a burner; and   a control unit, flexibly set onto the holding space and connected with the oven door, and composed of a driving part and an elastic part; one end of the driving part is protruded from the holding space and connected with the oven door, the other end provided with an enclosed portion correspondingly to the pipe port; one end of the elastic part is connected with the driving part, and the other end abutted onto the inner wall of the main body;   when the elastic part is not driven, the driving part is pushed such that the gas inlet is connected with the holding space and gas outlet; when the oven door is opened, the control unit is driven and displaced, such that the pipe port is sealed by the enclosed portion to stop the gas supply.   
     
     
         2 . The structure defined in  claim 1 , wherein said gas inlet is connected with one end of the holding space correspondingly to the driving part, and said gas outlet connected with one side of the holding space. 
     
     
         3 . The structure defined in  claim 1 , wherein said driving part comprises of a rod, and the enclosed portion is set at one end of the rod correspondingly to the pipe port. 
     
     
         4 . The structure defined in  claim 3 , wherein said enclosed portion a seal ring made of elastic material. 
     
     
         5 . The structure defined in  claim 4 , wherein the rod is provided with a recess for sleeving of the enclosed portion. 
     
     
         6 . The structure defined in  claim 3 , wherein said driving part also comprises of a securing portion, which is set onto the rod for abutting one end of the elastic part. 
     
     
         7 . The structure defined in  claim 6 , wherein said main body comprises of a body section, where the holding space and gas inlet/outlet are arranged, a hollow joint, set at the opening of the holding space; a recess is set at one end correspondingly to the holding space; the rod is moveably sleeved at the joint, and the securing portion is located correspondingly to the recess. 
     
     
         8 . The structure defined in  claim 3 , wherein said main body is provided with a gas inlet and two gas outlets connected with the holding space; the holding space comprises of a first and a second space of different diameters; the gas inlet is connected with one end of the first space correspondingly to the driving part; these two gas outlets are connected separately with one side of the first and second spaces; a spacer, arranged at the joint of the gas inlet and first space, onto which the pipe port is sleeved and formed; the elastic part is located within the first space and abutted between the enclosed portion and spacer. 
     
     
         9 . The structure defined in  claim 8 , wherein said enclosed portion is a block, with its external diameter bigger than the inner diameter of the pipe port. 
     
     
         10 . The structure defined in  claim 9 , wherein the diameter of the first space is bigger than that of the second space, such that a stepped portion is formed at their joint; the rod is penetrated through the second space and extended to the first space; and the enclosed portion is set at one end of the rod extended to the first space.
