Abstract

Disclosed is a handgrip exercising device for strengthening the muscles of a hand and fingers. A user performs a handgrip exercise using an elastic recovery force as the user grips a body part made of an elastic material such as a silicon material. The handgrip exercising device of the present invention serves to uniformly distribute force over the whole portions of a palm via the body part in the course of handgrip exercise, performing an uniform muscle strengthening exercise over the whole portions of a hand and fingers without causing a partial muscle pain at a finger muscle while enhancing a user's gripping feeling, so a user can do exercise smoothly and with a good feeling. The handgrip strength can be selectively adjusted by providing an elliptical elastic pipe into the interior of each body part, thus performing an optimum handgrip exercise depending on the strength of a user's finger.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A handgrip exercising device for a muscle strength exercise of a hand and fingers, comprising:
a body part which includes a plurality of cylindrical members each made of an elastic material; and an adhesive part which adheres the cylindrical members of the body part in a juxtaposed shape, thus allowing a user to do hand gripping exercise using an elastic recovery force of each cylindrical member as the user grips the body part.

2 . The device of claim 1 , wherein said body part is formed of either three to ten cylindrical members having same diameters or three to ten cylindrical members having different diameters.

3 . The device of claim 1 , wherein said cylindrical member is made of a silicon material in a tube shape structure, with the both ends of the cylindrical member being open thus allowing air to freely flow through the opened both ends.

4 . The device of claim 3 , wherein said cylindrical member is directed to adjusting a hand gripping strength by inserting an elastic pipe into the interior of the cylindrical member.

5 . The device of claim 4 , wherein said elastic pipe has an elliptical cross section and is made of the same silicon material as the cylindrical member and is tightly and fixedly inserted into the interior of each cylindrical member.

6 . A handgrip exercising device for a muscle strength exercise of a hand and fingers, comprising:
a body which is integral by injection-molding an elastic material; and a space part which is formed of a plurality of through holes juxtaposed in a longitudinal direction of the body part in the interior of the body part, with the air freely flowing through the through holes, with the shape transformation of the body part being easily performed, thus allowing a user to do hand gripping exercise using an elastic recovery force as the user shape-transforms the body part on the basis of a hand gripping force.

7 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said body part comprises an outer surface formed of a curved surface at a regular interval at an arc curvature in a circumferential direction, and said space part comprises a through hole formed of a plurality of circular holes formed in a longitudinal direction of the body part in the interior of the body part, and a polygonal hole formed at its center portion.

8 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said body part comprises an outer surface formed of a straight polygonal surface at a polygonal angle at a straight surface of a regular interval in a circumferential direction, and said space part comprises a through hole formed of a plurality of circular holes formed in a longitudinal direction of the body part in the interior of the body part, and a polygonal hole formed at its center portion.

9 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said body part comprises an outer surface formed of a curved surface at a regular interval at an arc curvature in a circumferential direction, and said space part comprises a through hole formed of a plurality of circular holes formed in a juxtaposed shape in a longitudinal direction of the body part in the interior of the body part.

10 . The device of claim 6 , wherein said space part serves to adjust a hand gripping strength by inserting an elastic pipe into the interior of each through hole, and said elastic pipe has an elliptical cross section and is made of the same silicon material as the body part and is tightly and fixedly inserted into the interior of each trough hole.
