Abstract

A device receives, from a user device, a request for qualified offers for a particular customer, and retrieves, based on the request, profile information associated with the particular customer. The device generates a call to a backend database based on the profile information, and receives, from the backend database, offer qualification indicators based on the call. The device determines qualified offers based on the offer qualification indicators, and provides the qualified offers to the user device for display.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method, comprising:
receiving, by a computing device and from a user device, a request for qualified offers for a particular customer; retrieving, by the computing device and based on the request, profile information associated with the particular customer; generating, by the computing device, a call to a backend database based on the profile information; receiving, by the computing device and from the backend database, offer qualification indicators based on the call; determining, by the computing device, qualified offers based on the offer qualification indicators; providing, by the computing device, the qualified offers to the user device for display; and monitoring, by the computing device, the qualified offers to determine whether the particular customer is eligible for the qualified offers.

2 . The method of claim 1 , where receiving the request for the qualified offers comprises:
receiving a user inputted telephone number associated with the particular customer, and searching for the qualified offers for the particular customer based on the telephone number.

3 . The method of claim 1 , where the qualified offers comprise at least one of:
an offer for a product, or an offer for a service.

4 . The method of claim 1 , where the profile information comprises one or more of:
demographic information associated with the particular customer, information identifying one or more products owned by the particular customer, or information identifying one or more services subscribed to by the particular customer.

5 . The method of claim 1 , where the call comprises a request for information associated with offers that are applicable to the particular customer based on the profile information.

6 . The method of claim 1 , where the offer qualification indicators comprise one or more of:
one or more indicators of offers for which the particular customer qualifies, or one or more flags indicating whether offer information was obtained from a frontend device or a backend device.

7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
monitoring the qualified offers to determine ineligible offers, and retracting the determined ineligible offers from the qualified offers.

8 . The method of claim 8 , where the ineligible offers comprise offers that the particular customer fails to qualify for more than a particular number of times.

9 . The method of claim 1 , where the computing device comprises an application server.

         10 - 15 . (canceled)

         16 . A device comprising:
 a processor to:
receive, from a user device, a request for qualified offers for a particular customer,
retrieve, based on the request, profile information associated with the particular customer,
generate a call to a backend database based on the profile information,
receive, from the backend database, offer qualification indicators based on the call,
determine one or more qualified offers based on the offer qualification indicators,
provide the one or more qualified offers to the user device,
monitor the one or more qualified offers,
determine one or more ineligible offers based on monitoring the one or more qualified offers, and
retract the determined ineligible offers from the qualified offers.

17 . The device of claim 16 , where the one or more ineligible offers comprise offers that the particular customer fails to qualify for more than a particular number of times.

18 . The device of claim 16 , where, when receiving the request for qualified offers, the processor is further to:
receive a user inputted telephone number associated with the particular customer, and search for the one or more qualified offers for the particular customer based on the telephone number.

19 . The device of claim 16 , where the one or more qualified offers comprise one of:
an offer for a product, or an offer for a service.

20 . The device of claim 16 , where the profile information comprises one or more of:
demographic information associated with the particular customer, information identifying one or more current products owned by the particular customer, or information identifying one or more current services subscribed to by the particular customer.

21 . The device of claim 16 , where the call comprises a request for information associated with offers that are applicable to the particular customer based on the profile information.

22 . The device of claim 16 , where the offer qualification indicators comprise one or more indicators of offers for which the particular customer qualifies.

         23 - 25 . (canceled)

         26 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising:
one or more instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to:
receive, from a user device, a request for qualified offers for a particular customer,
retrieve, based on the request, profile information associated with the particular customer,
generate a call to a backend database based on the profile information,
receive, from the backend database, offer qualification indicators based on the call,
determine one or more qualified offers based on the offer qualification indicators,
provide the one or more qualified offers to the user device,
monitor the one or more qualified offers,
determine, based on monitoring the one or more qualified offers, that the particular customer no longer qualifies for a first offer of the one or more qualified offers, and
retract the first offer from the one or more qualified offers.

27 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 26 , where the one or more instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to determine that the particular customer no longer qualifies for the first offer, further cause the processor to:
determine that a quantity of times that the particular customer has failed to qualify for the first offer is greater than a threshold, and determine that the particular customer no longer qualifies for the first offer based on the quantity of times that the particular customer has failed to qualify for the first offer is greater than the threshold.

         28 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 26 , further comprising:
one or more instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
associate, based on the profile information, the particular customer with a first identifier that includes information identifying one or more of:
a product that the particular customer does not own, or
a service that the particular customer is not subscribed to, and

determine whether the one or more of the product or the service is available to the particular customer based on the profile information, and
where the one or more instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to determine the qualified offers, further cause the processor to:
determine the qualified offers further based on determining whether the one or more of the product or the service is available to the particular customer.

29 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 26 , where the one or more instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to monitor the one or more qualified offers, further cause the processor to:
receive information identifying each of the one or more qualified offers as comprising one of an active offer or an inactive offer, determine, based on the received information, that the first offer comprises the inactive offer, and determine that the particular customer no longer qualifies for the first offer based on the first offer comprising the inactive offer.
