Abstract

A combination chopstick utensil including a first chopstick member and a second chopstick member. The combination chopstick utensil includes a pair of base members coupled to each of the first and second chopstick members having a separation facilitation structure configured to facilitate separation of the pair of base members. The combination chopstick utensil includes a utensil coupled to the pair of base members and extending therefrom substantially opposite of the first and second chopstick members. The first and second chopstick members are substantially non-parallel when in a combined chopstick utensil configuration. The utensil is a spoon.

1 . A combination chopstick utensil, comprising:
 a) a first chopstick member and a second chopstick member;   b) a spoon including a pair of base members coupled to the first and second chopstick members and extending therefrom;   c) a separation facilitation structure disposed between the pair of base members and the spoon; wherein the first and second chopstick members are substantially non-parallel when in a combined chopstick utensil configuration; wherein the separation facilitation structure is configured to facilitate separation of the first and second chopstick members from each other.   
     
     
         2 . The utensil of  claim 1 , wherein the separation facilitation structure includes a groove. 
     
     
         3 . The utensil of  claim 1 , wherein the spoon includes a first spoon member and a second spoon member coupled together about the separation facilitation structure. 
     
     
         4 . The utensil of  claim 3 , wherein the first spoon member and the second spoon member form a spoon head member when in a combined chopstick configuration. 
     
     
         5 . The utensil of  claim 3 , wherein the first spoon member and the second spoon member each include a half circular configuration configured to be form a spoon head member when coupled together in a combined chopstick utensil configuration. 
     
     
         6 . The utensil of  claim 3 , wherein the first and second chopstick members taper into the pair of base members. 
     
     
         7 . The utensil of  claim 1 , wherein the first and second chopstick members include a tubular member configured to couple to the pair of base members. 
     
     
         8 . The utensil of  claim 1 , wherein the first and second chopstick members include a textured surface. 
     
     
         9 . The utensil of  claim 1 , wherein the first and second chopstick members have substantially oval cross-sections. 
     
     
         10 . A combination chopstick utensil, comprising:
 a) a first chopstick member and a second chopstick member;   b) a pair of base members coupled to the first and second chopstick members including a separation facilitation structure configured to facilitate separation of the pair of base members; wherein the separation facilitation structure includes a groove disposed between the pair of base members; and   c) a utensil coupled to the pair of base members and extending therefrom substantially opposite of the first and second chopstick members; wherein the first and second chopstick members are substantially non-parallel when in a combined chopstick utensil configuration.   
     
     
         11 . The utensil of  claim 10 , wherein the utensil is a spoon. 
     
     
         12 . The utensil of  claim 11 , wherein the first and second chopstick members taper into the pair of base members. 
     
     
         13 . The utensil of  claim 12 , wherein the first and second chopstick members include a tubular member configured to couple to the pair of base members. 
     
     
         14 . The utensil of  claim 13 , wherein the first and second chopstick members have substantially oval cross-sections. 
     
     
         15 . The utensil of  claim 14 , wherein the first and second chopstick members include a textured surface. 
     
     
         16 . The utensil of  claim 15 , wherein the spoon includes a first spoon member and a second spoon member coupled together about the separation facilitation structure and the pair of base members. 
     
     
         17 . The utensil of  claim 16 , wherein the first spoon member and the second spoon member form a spoon head member when in a combined chopstick configuration. 
     
     
         18 . The utensil of  claim 17 , wherein the first spoon member and the second spoon member each include a half circular configuration configured to be form a spoon head member when coupled together in a combined chopstick utensil configuration. 
     
     
         19 . A combination chopstick utensil, comprising:
 a) a first chopstick member and a second chopstick member; wherein the first and second chopstick members include a textured surface;   b) a pair of base members coupled to each of the first and second chopstick members including a separation facilitation structure configured to facilitate separation of the pair of base members; wherein the separation facilitation structure includes a groove disposed between the pair of base members; wherein the first and second chopstick members taper into the pair of base members; wherein the first and second chopstick members include a tubular member configured to couple to the pair of base members; wherein the first and second chopstick members have substantially oval cross-sections; and   c) a utensil coupled to the pair of base members and extending therefrom substantially opposite of the first and second chopstick members; wherein the first and second chopstick members are substantially non-parallel when in a combined chopstick utensil configuration; wherein the utensil is a spoon; wherein the spoon includes a first spoon member and a second spoon member coupled together about the separation facilitation structure and the pair of base members; wherein the first spoon member and the second spoon member form a spoon head member when in a combined chopstick configuration; wherein the first spoon member and the second spoon member each include a half circular configuration configured to be form a spoon head member when coupled together in a combined chopstick utensil configuration.
