Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. An apnea apparatus comprising: a continuous, tubular garment having opposing ends, each of said opposing ends having an opening, said garment is constructed of an elastic material and is designed to be slipped onto and worn around a torso of the user.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said garment has a width from about 3 inches to about 15 inches.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein garment has a height from about 1 inch to about 12 inches.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said garment is one-piece member.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said garment is constructed of a non-compressive material.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein garment is constructed of a soft, non-abrasive material.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said garment is constructed of a hypoallergenic material.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said garment is constructed of materials selected from a group comprising of silk, rayon, satin, nylon, satin, chambray, spandex, cotton, wool, polyesters, synthetics, elastan and mixtures thereof.

. The apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a compartment for receiving electrodes.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said first opening of said garment has circumference greater than the circumference said second opening of said garment.

. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein said openings of said garment have a circumference greater than a circumference of a mid-portion of said garment.

. The apparatus of claim 11 wherein said garment is an hour glass shape.

. A system for preventing monitoring devices and their components from becoming accidentally dislodged from a user, said system comprising: a one-piece, tubular garment having openings on opposing ends of said garment, at least one compartment for receiving electrodes for a monitoring device, at least a portion of said garment is constructed of an elastic material, said garment is designed to be worn by a user by slipping said garment over a torso of the user through said opening.

. The system of claim 13 further comprising at least one electrode and at least one monitoring device.

. The system of claim 13 wherein said garment has a width from about 3 inches to about 15 inches.

. The system of claim 13 wherein garment has a height from about 1 inch to about 12 inches.

. The apparatus of claim 13 wherein said garment is constructed of materials selected from a group comprising of silk, rayon, satin, nylon, satin, chambray, spandex, cotton, wool, polyesters, synthetics, elastan and mixtures thereof.

. A system for preventing the removal of a medical dressing and irritation of wounds, said system comprising: a one-piece, tubular garment having openings on opposing ends of said garment, at least a portion of said garment is constructed of an elastic material, said garment is designed to be worn by a user by slipping said garment over the torso of the user through said openings and positioning said garment over desired area.

. The system of claim 18 wherein said first opening of said garment has circumference greater than the circumference of said second opening of said garment.

. The apparatus of claim 18 wherein said openings of said garment have a circumference greater than a circumference of a mid-portion of said garment.
