Motor driving device, and control method of motor driving device
Abstract
A data processing apparatus that controls an inverter circuit for a motor. The data processing apparatus including a control unit that monitors a potential of a power supply terminal to supply power to the inverter circuit, and obtains an information indicative of an amount of a driving current flowing in a motor winding of the motor in response to an amount of a current flowing in a resistive element included in the inverter circuit, to control a driving of the motor. The control unit makes the motor winding and the resistive element form a loop circuit, when the potential of the power supply terminal exceeds a predetermined value.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A data processing apparatus that controls an inverter circuit for a motor, the data processing apparatus comprising:
a control unit that monitors a potential of a power supply terminal to supply power to the inverter circuit, and obtains an information indicative of an amount of a driving current flowing in a motor winding of the motor in response to an amount of a current flowing in a resistive element included in the inverter circuit, to control a driving of the motor, wherein the control unit makes the motor winding and the resistive element form a loop circuit, when the potential of the power supply terminal exceeds a predetermined value.
2 . The data processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the control unit generates pulse signals for operating the inverter circuit by a pulse width modulation control, and outputs the pulse signals to gates of transistors included in the inverter circuit, respectively.
3 . A control method for a data processing apparatus that controls an inverter circuit including a drive unit coupled to a power supply terminal and a motor winding, and a resistive element, the control method comprising:
monitoring a potential of the power supply terminal to supply power to the inverter circuit; obtaining an information indicative of an amount of a driving current flowing in the motor winding of a motor in response to an amount of a current flowing in the resistive element, to control a driving of the motor; and making the motor winding and the resistive element form a loop circuit, when the potential of the power supply terminal exceeds a predetermined value.
4 . The control method according to claim 3 , further comprising:
generating pulse signals for operating the inverter circuit by a pulse width modulation control; and outputting the pulse signals to gates of transistors included in the inverter circuit, respectively.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
