Abstract

In one embodiment, a system and method is illustrated as including generating a model using at least one of a global conduct score and attribute data. A range of numeric values may be retrieved, based upon which, a better term is granted in a transaction than would otherwise be granted in the transaction. A comparison may be made between the model and the range of numeric values. Further, a better term may be granted in the transaction where the model falls within the range of numeric values. The global conduct score is computed using an approach including at least one of a feed score approach, and a composite score approach. The attribute data includes page view data, click through data, account usage data, and good purchased data. The model includes a global conduct score model, a weighting model, an AI based model, and an associated network based model.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method comprising:
receiving, from a first member, attribute data about a network of users, each user of the network of users having conducted a prior transaction with the first member, the network of users identified based on page views of the network of users at a first website; comparing, using one or more processors, the attribute data about the network of users to a predefined threshold of a second member; based on a request to transact with the second member from a first user of the network of users, providing an alert instructing the second member to grant a modified contractual term to the first user.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the modified contractual term is different from a default contractual term.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the modified contractual term is a modified price, a modified payment term, or a modified payment option.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the attribute data includes click through data of respective users of the network of users.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the attribute date includes account usage data of respective users of the network of users.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more predefined thresholds are part of an attribute model.

7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising weighting at least a portion of the attribute data.

8 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising using an artificial intelligence technique to perform the comparing.

9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising retrieving an alert parameter and comparing the alert parameter to the attribute data about the network of users.

10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first member and the second member are business entities.

11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first website is hosted by the first member.

12 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising determining that the second member is authorized to receive the attribute data about the network of users.

13 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising determining whether to accept the request to transact based on the comparing.

         14 . A system comprising:
a receiver to receive, from a first member, attribute data about a network of users, each user of the network of users having conducted a prior transaction with the first member, the network of users identified based on page views of the network of users at a first website; a comparison engine to compare, using one or more processors, the attribute data about the network of users to a predefined threshold of a second member; a transmitter to, based on a request to transact with the second member from a first user of the network of users, provide an alert instructing the second member to grant a modified contractual term to the first user.

15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the modified contractual term is different from a default contractual term.

16 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the modified contractual term is a modified price, a modified payment term, or a modified payment option.

17 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the attribute data includes click through data of respective users of the network of users.

18 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the attribute date includes account usage data of respective users of the network of users.

19 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the one or more predefined thresholds are part of an attribute model.

20 . A non-transitory computer readable medium having instructions embodied thereon, the instructions executable by one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
receiving, from a first member, attribute data about a network of users, each user of the network of users having conducted a prior transaction with the first member, the network of users identified based on page views of the network of users at a first website; comparing the attribute data about the network of users to a predefined threshold of a second member; based on a request to transact with the second member from a first user of the network of users, providing an alert instructing the second member to grant a modified contractual term to the first user.
