Structure of traffic cone assembly
Abstract
The present invention relates to a structure of traffic cone assembly, which is mainly formed through separately manufacturing a cone member and a base then assembled together, a connection ring part is formed at the bottom of the cone member, a mounting ring slot is formed on the connection ring part, and the center of the base is formed with the connection hole served to allow the cone member to sleeve in, and a convex mounting ring is formed at the inner circumference of the connection hole so as to be mounted with the mounting ring slot formed on the connection ring part of the cone member for achieving a mounting positioning effect, so the sleeve connection of the two components is established and kept.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A structure of traffic cone assembly, mainly formed through assembling a cone member and a base which are separately manufactured, wherein:
the cone member is formed in a cone shape with narrower top and wider bottom, the bottom of the cone member is formed with a diameter-expanded connection ring part, and a mounting ring slot is formed at the outer circumference of the connection ring part, so as to be connected with the base through the mounting ring slot of the connection ring part; the base is substantially in a rectangular plate shape, a connection hole having a preset diameter is formed at the center, the inner diameter of the connection hole is mated with the outer diameter of the connection ring part at the bottom of the cone member, and a convex mounting ring is formed at the inner circumference of the connection hole, the convex mounting ring is served to be mounted and fixed in the mounting ring slot of the connection ring part; accordingly, the traffic cone is formed through separately manufacturing the cone member and the base then assembled together.
2 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a concave slot having a preset depth is formed at the bottom of the base, and a preset amount of protrusions are installed at preset locations, with respect to different weight ratio design of the base, the depth of the concave slot is varied, such that the base has different material thicknesses.
3 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an inclined guiding surface is defined above the mounting ring slot on the outer circumference of the connection ring part of the cone member.
4 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an inclined guiding surface is defined above the mounting ring slot on the outer circumference of the connection ring part of the cone member, and a ring abutting surface is formed between the inclined guiding surface and the mounting ring slot.
5 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cone member is made of a material having better fluidity.
6 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base is made of a material having poorer fluidity.
7 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cone member and the base are both made of a material having better fluidity.
8 . The structure of traffic cone assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cone member is made of a material having better fluidity and the base is made of a material having poorer fluidity.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
