Mop dehydrating device
Abstract
A mop dehydrating device includes a case having a space and a recess. A driving unit is located in the recess and has a base with two lugs extending therefrom. An operation unit and a transmission member are connected between the two lugs. The operation unit has an operation pedal which protrudes from the opening. A curved or straight rack is connected to the operation unit and has teeth which have a metal layer connected thereto. The transmission member has a transmission gear which is engaged with the teeth of the rack. A spinning unit has a shaft which extends through the inside of the space and driven by the transmission member. A bracket is connected to the shaft and spins by operating the operation pedal.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A mop dehydrating device comprising:
a case having a space defined therein which communicates with an open top of the case, a recess defined in a lower portion of the case and an opening defined in an outside of the case and communicating with the recess; a driving unit located in the recess and having a base, two lugs extending from the base, an operation unit and a transmission member connected between the two lugs, the operation unit having an operation pedal which protrudes from the opening, a rack connected on a side of the operation unit and having teeth with a metal layer connected thereto, the transmission member having a transmission gear which is engaged with the teeth of the rack, and a spinning unit having a shaft which extends through an inside of the space and driven by the transmission member.
2 . The mop dehydrating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the operation unit includes a pivot which is pivotably connected between the two lugs and a torsion spring is connected between the operation unit and one of the two lugs.
3 . The mop dehydrating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the shaft of the spinning unit has a bracket connected thereto which is located in the space of the case, the bracket includes multiple holes defined through a wall thereof, a one-way bearing is mounted to the shaft, the transmission member has a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear is mounted to the one-way bearing, the first bevel gear drives the second bevel gear.
4 . The mop dehydrating device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the rack is a curved rack or a straight rack.
5 . A mop dehydrating device comprising:
a case having a space defined therein which communicates with an open top of the case, a recess defined in a lower portion of the case and an opening defined in an outside of the case and communicating with the recess; a driving unit located in the recess and having a base, two lugs extending from the base, an operation unit and a transmission member connected between the two lugs, the operation unit having an operation pedal which protrudes from the opening, a rack connected on a side of the operation unit and having teeth with a metal layer connected thereto, the transmission member having a transmission gear which is engaged with the teeth of the rack, the transmission member having a first bevel gear, and a spinning unit having a shaft which extends through an inside of the space, a bracket connected to the shaft of the spinning unit and located in the space of the case, the bracket including multiple holes defined through a wall thereof, a one-way bearing mounted to the shaft, a second bevel gear mounted to the one-way bearing and driven by the first bevel gear.
6 . The mop dehydrating device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the operation unit includes a pivot which is pivotably connected between the two lugs and a torsion spring is connected between the operation unit and one of the two lugs.
7 . The mop dehydrating device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the shaft of the spinning unit has a bracket connected thereto which is located in the space of the case, the bracket includes multiple holes defined through a wall thereof, a one-way bearing is mounted to the shaft, the transmission member has a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear is mounted to the one-way bearing, the first bevel gear drives the second bevel gear.
8 . The mop dehydrating device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the rack is a curved rack or a straight rack.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
