Slender Wine Bottle Carrying Box

Abstract

The slender wine bottle carrying box allows an user to store a plurality of wine bottles in rows and columns. The carrying box is made of a single piece of corrugated box material that has a number of flaps, folds, tabs, and slots, which are used to assemble the carrying box from the single piece of corrugated box material. The carrying box allows for bends and indentations in the lateral surface in order to conform to the shape of the wine bottles' necks, which is aesthetically pleasing to the user. The plurality of wine bottles enters the carrying box through a top hole and are situated within a plurality of compartments, which separate the plurality of wine bottles into rows and columns. The plurality of compartments is created within the carrying box while assembling the number of flaps, folds, tabs, and slots and is held together with tapeless locks.

 a lateral surface;   a top hole;   a bottom hole;   a top flap;   a bottom side;   a handle;   a closing slot;   a plurality of viewing holes;   a plurality of compartments;   said lateral surface comprises a front side, a first vertical fold, a left side, a second vertical fold, a right side, a third vertical fold, a back side, a fourth vertical fold, a lateral connection tab, an adhesive, and a plurality of indentation folds;   said top flap comprises a lid, a lid fold, a brace, a brace fold, a closing tab, and a closing fold;   said bottom side comprises a bottom perimeter fold, a front flap, a back flap, a left flap, and a right flap; and   said handle comprises a front hole, a back hole, and a brace hole.   
     
     
         2 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 said front side being connected to said left side along said first vertical fold; 
 said left side being positioned perpendicular to said front side with said first vertical fold; 
 said right side being connected to said front side along said second vertical fold opposite to said left side; 
 said right side being positioned perpendicular to said front side with said second vertical fold; 
 said back side being connected to said right side along said third vertical fold opposite to said front side; 
 said back side being positioned parallel to said front side with said third vertical fold; 
 said lateral connection tab being connected to said back side along said fourth vertical fold opposite to said right side; 
 said lateral connection tab being overlaid by said left side; 
 said left side being connected to said lateral connection tab with said adhesive adjacent to said fourth vertical fold; 
 said top hole being shaped atop said front side, said back side, said left side, and said right side; and 
 said bottom hole being shaped below said front side, said back side, said left side, and said right side. 
 
     
     
         3 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 said bottom perimeter fold being positioned in between said lateral surface and said bottom side; 
 said bottom perimeter fold delineating said bottom hole; 
 said left flap being positioned adjacent to said left side; 
 said right flap being positioned adjacent to said right side; 
 said front flap being positioned adjacent to said front side; 
 said back flap being positioned adjacent to said back side; 
 said left flap and said right flap each comprise a column support portion, a column divider fold, a column divider portion, a row divider slit, and a locking end; and 
 said front flap and said back flap each comprise a row support portion, a row divider fold, a row divider portion, and a pair of column divider locks. 
 
     
     
         4 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 3  comprises,
 said column support portion being connected adjacent to said lateral surface along said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said column divider portion being connected adjacent to said column support portion along said column divider fold opposite to said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said locking end being connected adjacent to said column divider portion opposite to said column divider fold; 
 said locking end being positioned parallel to said column divider portion; 
 said row divider slit being centrally positioned along said column support portion, through said column divider fold, and along said column divider portion; 
 said row support portion being connected adjacent to said lateral surface along said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said row divider portion being connected adjacent to said row support portion along said row divider fold opposite to said bottom perimeter fold; and 
 said pair of column divider locks being located on said row divider portion opposite of said row divider fold. 
 
     
     
         5 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 4  comprises,
 said column support portion of said left flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said column support portion of said right flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said row support portion of said front flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said row support portion of said back flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said column divider portion of said left flap being positioned perpendicular to said column support portion of said left flap with said column divider fold of said left flap; 
 said column divider portion of said right flap being positioned perpendicular to said column support portion of said right flap with said column divider fold of said right flap; 
 said row divider portion of said front flap traversing through said row divider slit of said left flap and through said row divider slit of said right flap; 
 said row divider portion of said front flap being positioned perpendicular to said row support portion of said front flap with said row divider fold of said front flap; 
 said row divider portion of said back flap traversing through said row divider slit of said left flap and through said row divider slit of said right flap; 
 said row divider portion of said back flap being positioned perpendicular to said row support portion of said back flap with said row divider fold of said back flap; 
 said pair of column divider locks of said front flap being engaged by said locking end of said left flap and by said locking end of said right flap; 
 said pair of column divider locks of said back flap being engaged by said locking end of said left flap and by said locking end of said right flap; and 
 said plurality of compartments being shaped by said column divider portion of said left flap, said column divider portion of said right flap, said row divider portion of said left flap, and said row divider portion of said right flap. 
 
     
     
         6 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 5  comprises,
 each of said pair of column divider locks comprises a lock slit and a lock tab; 
 said lock slit traversing into said row divider portion opposite to said row divider fold; 
 said lock tab being located adjacent to said lock slit; 
 said locking end being inserted into said lock slit; and 
 said locking end being positioned in between said lock slit and said lock tab. 
 
     
     
         7 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 said plurality of indentation folds being positioned on said left side and said right side adjacent to said top hole; 
 said left indented section being shaped into said left side by said plurality of indentation folds; 
 said right indented section being shaped into said right side by said plurality of indentation folds; and 
 said top hole being narrowed by said left indented section and said right indented section. 
 
     
     
         8 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 7  comprises,
 said lid being connected adjacent to said front side along said lid fold opposite to said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said lid being positioned over said top hole and parallel to said bottom side with said lid fold; 
 said brace being connected to said lid along said brace fold opposite to said lid fold; 
 said brace being positioned against said back side with said brace fold; 
 said closing tab being connected to said brace along said closing fold opposite to said brace fold; 
 said back side being traversed through by said closing slot below said top hole; and 
 said closing tab being inserted into said closing slot. 
 
     
     
         9 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 8  comprises,
 said front hole being positioned on said front side below said lid fold; 
 said back hole being positioned on said back side below said brace fold and above said closing slot; 
 said brace hole being positioned on said brace; and 
 said front hole, said back hole, and said brace hole being positioned concentric with each other. 
 
     
     
         10 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 1  comprises,
 said plurality of viewing holes traversing through said front side and back side; and 
 said plurality of viewing holes being positioned adjacent to each of said plurality of compartments. 
 
     
     
         11 . The slender wine bottle carrying box comprises,
 a lateral surface;   a top hole;   a bottom hole;   a top flap;   a bottom side;   a handle;   a closing slot;   a plurality of viewing holes;   a plurality of compartments;   said lateral surface comprises a front side, a first vertical fold, a left side, a second vertical fold, a right side, a third vertical fold, a back side, a fourth vertical fold, a lateral connection tab, an adhesive, and a plurality of indentation folds;   said top flap comprises a lid, a lid fold, a brace, a brace fold, a closing tab, and a closing fold;   said bottom side comprises a bottom perimeter fold, a front flap, a back flap, a left flap, and a right flap; and   said handle comprises a front hole, a back hole, and a brace hole.   
     
     
         12 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 11  comprises,
 said front side being connected to said left side along said first vertical fold; 
 said left side being positioned perpendicular to said front side with said first vertical fold; 
 said right side being connected to said front side along said second vertical fold opposite to said left side; 
 said right side being positioned perpendicular to said front side with said second vertical fold; 
 said back side being connected to said right side along said third vertical fold opposite to said front side; 
 said back side being positioned parallel to said front side with said third vertical fold; 
 said lateral connection tab being connected to said back side along said fourth vertical fold opposite to said right side; 
 said lateral connection tab being overlaid by said left side; 
 said left side being connected to said lateral connection tab with said adhesive adjacent to said fourth vertical fold; 
 said top hole being shaped atop said front side, said back side, said left side, and said right side; and 
 said bottom hole being shaped below said front side, said back side, said left side, and said right side.

 said bottom perimeter fold being positioned in between said lateral surface and said bottom side; 
 said bottom perimeter fold delineating said bottom hole; 
 said left flap being positioned adjacent to said front side; 
 said right flap being positioned adjacent to said back side; 
 said front flap being positioned adjacent to said left side; 
 said back flap being positioned adjacent to said right side; 
 said left flap and said right flap each comprise a column support portion, a column divider fold, a column divider portion, a row divider slit, and a locking end; and 
 said front flap and said back flap each comprise a row support portion, a row divider fold, a row divider portion, and a column divider lock.

 said column support portion being connected adjacent to said lateral surface along said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said column divider portion being connected adjacent to said column support portion along said column divider fold opposite to said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said locking end being connected adjacent to said column divider portion opposite to said column divider fold; 
 said locking end being positioned parallel to said column divider portion; 
 said row divider slit being centrally positioned along said column support portion, through said column divider fold, and along said column divider portion; 
 said row support portion being connected adjacent to said lateral surface along said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said row divider portion being connected adjacent to said row support portion along said row divider fold opposite to said bottom perimeter fold; and 
 said column divider lock being centrally located on said row divider portion opposite of said row divider fold.

 said column support portion of said left flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said column support portion of said right flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said row support portion of said front flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said row support portion of said back flap being positioned perpendicular to said lateral surface with said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said column divider portion of said left flap being positioned perpendicular to said column support portion of said left flap with said column divider fold of said left flap; 
 said column divider portion of said right flap being positioned perpendicular to said column support portion of said right flap with said column divider fold of said right flap; 
 said row divider portion of said front flap traversing through said row divider slit of said left flap and through said row divider slit of said right flap; 
 said row divider portion of said front flap being positioned perpendicular to said row support portion of said front flap with said row divider fold of said front flap;

 said column divider lock comprises a lock slit and a lock tab; 
 said lock slit traversing into said row divider portion opposite to said row divider fold; 
 said lock tab being located adjacent to said lock slit; 
 said locking end being inserted into said lock slit; and 
 said locking end being positioned in between said lock slit and said lock tab. 
 
     
     
         17 . The slender wine bottle carrying box as claimed in  claim 11  comprises,
 said plurality of indentation folds being positioned on said left side and said right side adjacent to said top hole; 
 said left indented section being shaped into said left side by said plurality of indentation folds; 
 said right indented section being shaped into said right side by said plurality of indentation folds; and 
 said top hole being narrowed by said left indented section and said right indented section.

 said lid being connected adjacent to said front side along said lid fold opposite to said bottom perimeter fold; 
 said lid being positioned over said top hole and parallel to said bottom side with said lid fold; 
 said brace being connected to said lid along said brace fold opposite to said lid fold; 
 said brace being positioned against said back side with said brace fold; 
 said closing tab being connected to said brace along said closing fold opposite to said brace fold; 
 said back side being traversed through by said closing slot below said top hole; and 
 said closing tab being inserted into said closing slot.

 said front hole being positioned on said front side below said lid fold; 
 said back hole being positioned on said back side below said brace fold and above said closing slot;
