Abstract
A finger grip for providing protection to the fingertip or finger and also enhancing the grip of the user, the finger grip having a flexible resilient sheath having a first open end and a second closed tip end, the finger grip being formed of a predetermined length for encapsulating the fingertip or the finger, the finger grip being perforated or imperforate and capable of being coated with an adhesive or anti-bacterial, depending upon the intended use.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A finger grip for protecting the terminal phalanx or fingertip of a hand, or the entire finger, the finger grip providing additional gripping force to the user, the finger grip comprising:
a flexible resilient sheath of a predetermined length for encapsulating the finger of an individual or the terminal phalanx or fingertip of the individual, said flexible resilient sheath having a first open end and a second closed tip end defining an inner surface and an outer surface, said open end being rollably displaced towards said closed tip end for insertion of the finger or fingertip and for the removal of the finger grip.
2 . The finger grip in accordance with claim 1 wherein said finger grip is fabricated from the class of materials including rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone, latex, polymer, thermoplastic or elastomers.
3 . The finger grip in accordance with claim 2 wherein said fingertip is formed with a continuous imperforate surface.
4 . The finger grip in accordance with claim 2 wherein said finger grip is formed with a perforate surface.
5 . The finger grip in accordance with claim 3 wherein said portion of said finger grip is further coated with an adhesive.
6 . The finger grip in accordance with claim 3 wherein said finger grip is further coated with an anti-bacterial agent.
7 . The finger grip in accordance with claim 4 wherein said portion of said finger grip is further coated with an adhesive.
