Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A telescopic kettle comprising: a rigid body, a flexible fitting member, a base, and a covering member, wherein
the body is formed in a hollow tube to be held by a user; the fitting member secured on a bottom section of the body and includes at lease one hollow first tube and at lease one hollow second tube, both of which are axially connected together, and includes a first slot formed around a top side of an outer wall thereof in response to a bottom side of an outer wall of the body, the first slot includes a first folding segment disposed on a top side of an inner wall of the fitting member so that the first tube is folded and moved toward the body; a smallest inner diameter of the first tube is larger than a largest outer diameter of the second tube; an outer connecting portion of the first tube and the second tube includes a second slot, and an inner connecting portion of the first tube and the second tube includes a second folding segment so that the first tube is folded and moved toward the second tube; the first tube includes a third slot formed on an inner wall thereof and a third folding segment disposed on an outer wall thereof in response to the third slot so that a lower side of the first tube is folded and moved toward an upper side of the first tube; the base extends from a bottom end of the fitting member to support the fitting member; the covering member includes an opening arranged on a bottom end thereof and an outlet fixed on a top end thereof and communicating with the fitting member, and includes a push button axially connecting with the outlet so as to control the outlet to be opened and closed.

2 . The telescopic kettle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the third slot is formed on the inner wall of the first tube in response to a point of ½ of the first axial distance, the fourth slot is formed on the inner wall thereof in response to a point of ½ of the second axial distance.

3 . The telescopic kettle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first axial distance of the first tube is equal to the second axial distance of the second tube.

4 . The telescopic kettle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first, the second, the third, and the fourth slots are all fixed at 90-135 degrees angle of the fitting member.

5 . The telescopic kettle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base includes a tab axially fixed therein.

6 . The telescopic kettle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the body includes a top section axially disposed on a top side thereof, the top section includes outer threads formed around an outer wall thereof, the body also includes a bottom section axially fixed on a bottom side thereof, and the bottom section includes a fixing periphery arranged around an outer wall thereof; the covering member is formed in a fitting cover and includes the opening arranged on the bottom end thereof and having inner threads to screw with the outer threads of the top section of the body.

7 . The telescopic kettle as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the fitting member is made of silica gel material.
