Recording apparatus

Abstract

A recording apparatus includes a feeding unit that can feed roll-shaped roll medium downstream in the transport direction, a recording apparatus main body having a recording unit that performs recording on the fed roll medium, and a winding device that winds the recorded roll medium in a roll at a predetermined position, in which the winding device can move with respect to the recording apparatus main body.

1 . A recording apparatus comprising:
 a feeding unit that feeds roll-shaped roll medium downstream in the transport direction;   a recording apparatus main body that has a recording unit that performs recording on the fed roll medium; and   a winding device that winds the recorded roll medium in a roll at a predetermined position,   wherein the winding device moves with respect to the recording apparatus main body.   
     
     
         2 . The recording apparatus according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the winding device is a device independent from the recording apparatus main body, and   the recording apparatus includes a retaining unit that retains the winding device at a predetermined position with respect to the recording apparatus main body.   
     
     
         3 . The recording apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the winding device is used for an apparatus that performs a process after recording, different from the recording apparatus.   
     
     
         4 . The recording apparatus according to  claim 2 ,
 wherein the winding device includes wheels.   
     
     
         5 . The recording apparatus according to  claim 1 , comprising a heater unit that heats the roll medium,
 wherein the predetermined position is under the heater unit.   
     
     
         6 . The recording apparatus according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the winding device includes an adjusting unit that adjusts the position and posture relative to the recording apparatus main body, and   the adjustment of the adjusting unit is controlled on the basis of a result of detecting the information on the position and posture of the winding device.
