Abstract

A pre-applied waterproof construction method contains steps of: A. paving a plurality of lining fabric materials and connecting the lining fabric materials on a number of predetermined base structures; B. spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each lining fabric material to form a seamless waterproof coating material; C. applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating after spraying the waterproof coating to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials, such that a gap is not formed between the concrete and the waterproof coating materials to obtain a waterproof effect.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A pre-applied waterproof construction method comprising steps of:
 A. Paving a plurality of lining fabric materials and connecting the lining fabric materials on a number of predetermined base structures; B. Spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each lining fabric material to form a seamless waterproof coating material; C. Applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating after spraying the waterproof coating to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials.

2 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the waterproof coating materials are selected from polyurea resins, polyurethane resins, rubberized asphalts and mixed resins made of polyurea resin, polyurethane resins, rubberized asphalts.

3 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the waterproof coating materials at a certain quantity are heated and pressured by a spraying device.

4 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the waterproof coating materials at a certain quantity are heated and pressured by a spraying device.

5 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the lining fabric materials are selected from polyester fabrics, non-woven fabrics and canvas.

6 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the base structures are selected from soil layers, retaining piles, and slurry walls.

7 . A pre-applied waterproof construction method comprising steps of:
 A. Spraying waterproof coating materials on a surface of each support material; B. Paving a plurality of support materials with the waterproof coating materials and on a number of base structures; C. Applying the waterproof coating materials onto the joints between the lining fabric materials to generate a seamless state; D. Applying a layer of adhesion promoter on a surface of the waterproof coating materials to reinforce an adhesion of a concrete connecting with the waterproof coating materials.

8 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the waterproof coating materials are selected from polyurea resins, polyurethane resins, rubberized asphalts and mixed resins made of polyurea resin, polyurethane resins, rubberized asphalts.

9 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the waterproof coating materials at a certain quantity are heated and pressured by a spraying device.

10 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the waterproof coating materials at a certain quantity are heated and pressured by a spraying device.

11 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the lining fabric materials are selected from polyester fabrics, non-woven fabrics and canvas.

12 . The pre-applied waterproof construction method as claimed in claim 7 , wherein the base structures are selected from soil layers, retaining piles, and slurry walls.
