Abstract

A grinding mechanism includes a rotating body, a first grinding wheel, a second grinding wheel, a first fastening means, a second fastening means, and a spacer assembly, a first fastening means passing through the first body portion and fastening into the rotating body, a second grinding wheel including a second body portion and a second grinding portion. The first and the second grinding portions have different diameter from each other, and are spaced from each other axially, and have different grinding precisions. The spacer assembly is interposed between the first grinding wheel and the second grinding wheel. The second fastening means passes through the second body portion and the spacer assembly, and threadedly fastens into the first body portion, so as to press and secure the second body portion and the spacer assembly against and on the first body portion.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A grinding mechanism, comprising:
a rotating body; a first grinding wheel, including a first body portion and a first grinding portion; at least one first fastening means, passing through the first body portion and threadedly fastening into the rotating body so as to press and secure the first body portion against and on the rotating body; a second grinding wheel, including a second body portion and a second grinding portion, wherein the first and the second grinding portions have different diameters from each other, and are spaced from each other axially, and have different grinding precisions; a spacer assembly, being interposed between the first grinding wheel and the second grinding wheel; and at least one second fastening means, passing through the second body portion and the spacer assembly and threadedly fastening into the first body portion so as to press and secure the second body portion and the spacer assembly against and on the first body portion of the first grinding wheel.

2 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first grinding wheel relates to a sand wheel.

3 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the second grinding wheel relates to a brush wheel.

4 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second grinding wheel relates to a brush wheel.

5 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the spacer assembly consists of at least one elastic sheet.

6 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the at least one elastic sheet is a rubber elastic sheet.

7 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one first fastening means relates to a bolt.

8 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the at least one second fastening means relates to a bolt.

9 . The grinding mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the rotating body is internally provided with a slurry channel for flowing of grinding slurry.
