Abstract

A decorative resin molded article includes a resin sheet having, as formed on one side thereof, convex projections made of an ink containing a UV-curable resin and a colorant, and therefore having, on that one side thereof, a design of a color pattern and a concave and convex pattern synchronizing with each other, and a resin injection-molded body as laminated and integrated on the other side of the resin sheet through injection molding of a synthetic resin thereon.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A decorative resin molded article, which comprises a resin sheet having, as formed on one side thereof, one or more convex projections made of an ink containing a UV-curable resin and a colorant, and therefore having, on that one side thereof, a design of a color pattern and a concave and convex pattern synchronizing with each other, and a resin injection-molded body as laminated and integrated on the other side of the resin sheet through injection molding of a synthetic resin thereon.

2 . The decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the resin injection-molded body has a curved surface shape portion on the surface side thereof laminated and integrated with the resin sheet, and in the curved surface shape portion, the design of the color pattern and the concave and convex pattern synchronizing with each other is formed on that one side of the resin sheet.

3 . The decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a base layer colored differently from the convex projections is formed on that one side of the resin sheet, and the convex projections are formed on the base layer, and consequently the concave and convex pattern where the surface of the base layer forms concaves and the convex projections form convexes is formed as synchronizing with the color pattern.

4 . The decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a top layer of a transparent resin to cover that one side of the resin sheet is formed on the convex projections.

5 . The decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the surface of the top layer is formed as a flat face to follow that one side of the resin sheet.

6 . The decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the surface of the top layer is formed to have a concave and convex configuration that follows the concave and convex pattern.

7 . The decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the convex projections are formed by ink jet printing.

8 . A method for producing a decorative resin molded article, which comprises forming one or more convex projections made of an ink containing a UV-curable resin and a colorant on one side of a resin sheet to thereby provide thereon a design of a color pattern and a concave and convex pattern synchronizing with each other, then arranging the design-formed resin sheet inside an injection mold, and injecting a synthetic resin onto the other side of the resin sheet in the injection mold, thereby laminating and integrating a resin injection-molded body on that other side of the resin sheet.

9 . The method for producing a decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the resin injection-molded body has a curved surface shape portion on the surface side thereof laminated and integrated with the resin sheet, and in the curved surface shape portion, the design of the color pattern and the concave and convex pattern synchronizing with each other is formed on that one side of the resin sheet.

10 . The method for producing a decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 8 , which further comprises forming a base layer colored differently from the convex projections on that one side of the resin sheet, and forming the convex projections on the base layer to thereby provide the concave and convex pattern where the surface of the base layer forms concaves and the convex projections form convexes as synchronizing with the color pattern.

11 . The method for producing a decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 8 , which further comprises forming a top layer of a transparent resin to cover that one side of the resin sheet on the convex projections.

12 . The method for producing a decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the surface of the top layer is formed as a flat face to follow that one side of the resin sheet.

13 . The method for producing a decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the surface of the top layer is formed to have a concave and convex configuration that follows the concave and convex pattern.

14 . The method for producing a decorative resin molded article as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the convex projections are formed by ink jet printing.
