Claims

Abstract

A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to an embodiment includes a substrate layer, a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on both sides of the substrate layer, respectively. The total thickness of the substrate layer, the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 10 μm or less. The average thickness of each of the first and second pressure-sensitive adhesive layers of which the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is composed is 3.5 μm or less. The standard deviation of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 25% or less based on the average thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

1 . A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, wherein
 the total thickness of a substrate layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 10 μm or less, and wherein   the average thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 3.5 μm or less, and wherein   the standard deviation of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 25% or less based on the average thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.   
     
     
         2 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the substrate layer is a plastic substrate.   
     
     
         3 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic polymer.   
     
     
         4 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a tackifier resin.   
     
     
         5 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic polymer and a tackifier resin, and wherein   the content of the tackifier resin is within a range of 5 to 50 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the resin solid in the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.   
     
     
         6 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the tackifier resin is a rosin tackifier resin.   
     
     
         7 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm.   
     
     
         8 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are provided on both sides of the substrate layer.   
     
     
         9 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 1  that can be used for fixing a part of a mobile electronic device. 
     
     
         10 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic polymer.   
     
     
         11 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a tackifier resin.   
     
     
         12 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a tackifier resin.   
     
     
         13 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the tackifier resin is a rosin tackifier resin.   
     
     
         14 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm.   
     
     
         15 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm.   
     
     
         16 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm.   
     
     
         17 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm.   
     
     
         18 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the total thickness of the substrate layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is less than 5 μm.   
     
     
         19 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are provided on both sides of the substrate layer.   
     
     
         20 . The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are provided on both sides of the substrate layer.
