Abstract

A steel rail clip assembly having a clip and a locating member is revealed. A locating slot is arranged at an outer edge of an insertion rod of the clip while the locating member includes an inner bushing and an outer bushing mounted to each other. The inner bushing includes a locating block arranged at an inner surface and corresponding to the locating slot of the insertion rod. A locking projecting part and a corresponding locking concave part are respectively disposed on the inner bushing and the outer bushing. Thereby the clip is located by the locating member and unable to be removed easily without special tools. The falling of the clip of the steel rail caused by vibration of trains or malicious damage, knocking on railways is avoided. Thus the safety of train traffic services is ensured and the risk of related property losses and injuries is reduced.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A steel rail clip assembly mainly comprising a clip and a locating member; wherein
the clip includes at least one straight insertion rod that is disposed with a locating slot concavely on an outer edge thereof, a cross part bending from one side of the insertion rod to the other side of the insertion rod, and a press part connected with the cross part; the locating member having an inner bushing and an outer bushing; the inner bushing includes a plurality of curved pieces arranged correspondingly, a locating block arranged projectively at an inner surface thereof and corresponding to the locating slot on the outer edge of the insertion rod, and a locking projecting part formed on an outer edge thereof while an inner edge of the outer bushing is disposed with a locking concave part that corresponds to the locking projecting part on the outer edge of the inner bushing so that the inner bushing is mounted into the outer bushing.

2 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a bevel is arranged on an outer end of the insertion rod of the clip.

3 . The device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the outer edge of the inner bushing of the locating member is tapered from the locking projecting part toward the other end of the inner bushing at an angle ranging from 1 to 3 degrees while the inner edge of the outer bushing of the locating member is tapered from the locking concave part toward the other end of the outer bushing at an angle ranging from 1 to 3 degrees.
