Adhesive clamp for closing a bag

Abstract

An adhesive clamp for reclosing a packaging bag, the adhesive clamp comprises a tape having one side of the tape coated with an adhesive substance and a clamping strip of foldable non-elastic material attached to the adhesive side of the tape and where the tape is wider and longer than the clamping strip.

1 . An adhesive clamp for closing a packaging bag, the adhesive clamp comprising:
 a tape having one side of said tape coated with an adhesive material; and   a clamping strip of foldable non-elastic material attached to the adhesive side of said tape;   wherein said tape is wider and longer than said clamping strip.   
     
     
         2 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said clamping strip is foldable at least twice, in two places. 
     
     
         3 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 2  wherein said strip can be straightened. 
     
     
         4 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 3  wherein at least one of said adhesive clamp and said clamping strip can be bent and straightened at least 20 times. 
     
     
         5 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 2  wherein the length of said clamping strip enables manual folding. 
     
     
         6 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 2  wherein said two places of folding are visibly marked on said tape. 
     
     
         7 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 2  wherein said clamping strip width is adapted to eliminate puncture of at least one of said tape and said packaging bag. 
     
     
         8 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 2  wherein said tape is wider and longer than said clamping strip to seal a puncture of said packaging bag by an edge of said clamping strip. 
     
     
         9 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said tape comprises a flexible material. 
     
     
         10 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said clamping strip is rounded at the edges. 
     
     
         11 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein at least one of said tape and said adhesive material is at least one of transparent and pressure sensitive. 
     
     
         12 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 11  wherein said tape comprises a non-transparent print hiding said clamping strip. 
     
     
         13 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said tape comprises a flexible material withstanding a pressure of said clamping strip to avoid puncture of said tape. 
     
     
         14 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein at least one of said adhesive material and said clamping strip is approved for indirect contact with food. 
     
     
         15 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said clamping strip is a coated tin plate. 
     
     
         16 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said clamping strip is mounted on said tape with the burr facing said tape. 
     
     
         17 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said tape comprises a plastic material selected from a group consisting of: polypropylene, polyethylene and PET. 
     
     
         18 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  additionally comprising an extension extending beyond said clamping strip, said extension comprising a tape coated with an adhesive material, said extension operative to attach an opening of a bag to a surface of said bag. 
     
     
         19 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 18  additionally comprising a perforation between said extension and said clamping strip. 
     
     
         20 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 18  additionally comprising a tear-strip between two perforations positioned between said extension and said clamping strip. 
     
     
         21 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 18  wherein said extension comprises a tape coated with a weaker adhesive material and a puling part that is not coated with any adhesive material. 
     
     
         22 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein at least a part of said clamping strip is foldable independently of said tape. 
     
     
         23 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 22  additionally comprising an extension extending beyond said clamping strip, said extension comprising a tape coated with an adhesive material, said extension operative to attach an opening of a bag to a surface of said bag. 
     
     
         24 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 22  wherein said tape comprises a part comprising a tape coated with an adhesive material, said part operative to attach an opening of a bag to a surface of said bag and wherein said part is foldable independently of said clamping strip. 
     
     
         25 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 22  wherein said tape comprises at least one of a cut and a perforation around said part of said clamping strip that is foldable independently of said tape. 
     
     
         26 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 24  wherein said tape comprises a perforation for enabling a user to cut said tape between said clamping strip and said bag. 
     
     
         27 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 24  wherein said tape comprises an extension for enabling a user to tear open said part of said tape from said bag. 
     
     
         28 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 24  wherein said tape comprises a tear-strip for enabling a user to pull said tear-strip and tear the tape to open the bag. 
     
     
         29 . An adhesive clamp according to  claim 1  wherein said clamping strip comprises a plurality of rigid elements connected by elastic joints wherein said joints, after being bent, preserve the respective orientation of said elements. 
     
     
         30 . A roll comprising of film and a plurality of adhesive clamps mounted on said film, wherein each adhesive clamp comprises:
 A tape having one side of said tape coated with an adhesive material; and   a strip of foldable non-elastic material attached to the adhesive side of said tape;   wherein said tape is wider and longer than said strip;   wherein said plurality of adhesive clamps is placed on said film with the length of said clamping strips positioned least one of:   perpendicular to the length of said film;   along the length of said film;   in a sharp angle with respect to the length of said film.   
     
     
         31 . A stack of a plurality of adhesive clamps, wherein each adhesive clamp comprises:
 A tape having one side of said tape coated with an adhesive material and the other side coated with a release material; and   a strip of foldable non-elastic material attached to the adhesive side of said tape;   wherein said tape is wider and longer than said strip;   wherein said plurality of adhesive clamps are placed on each other with said layer of release material between.   
     
     
         32 . A stack of a plurality of adhesive clamps according to  claim 31  wherein said release material comprises silicon. 
     
     
         33 . A packaging bag comprising:
 a bag comprising a flexible material and having a place of opening at one edge of said bag; and   An adhesive clamp for closing a packaging bag, the adhesive clamp comprising:
 A tape having one side of said tape coated with an adhesive material; and 
 a strip of foldable non-elastic material attached to the adhesive side of said tape; 
   wherein said tape is wider and longer than said strip;   wherein said adhesive clamp is attached to said bag close to said place of opening; and   wherein said strip is attached to said bag between said tape and said bag and perpendicularly to said place of opening.   
     
     
         34 . A packaging bag according to  claim 33  wherein said adhesive clamp is attached to said bag at the front side of said bag. 
     
     
         35 . A packaging bag according to  claim 33  wherein said adhesive clamp is attached to said bag at the back side of said bag. 
     
     
         36 . A packaging bag according to  claim 33  wherein said adhesive clamp is attached to said bag at the corner of said bag. 
     
     
         37 . A packaging bag according to  claim 33  wherein said bag is a pillow bag, and/or a gasseted bag, and/or a stand up pouch. 
     
     
         38 . A packaging bag according to  claim 33  wherein said bag comprises at least one of paper, cloth and plastic sheet. 
     
     
         39 . A packaging bag according to  claim 33  wherein said bag is a food-packaging bag. 
     
     
         40 . A method for manufacturing an adhesive clamp for reclosing a packaging bag, the method comprising:
 providing a tape having one side of said tape coated with an adhesive material; and   attaching a clamping strip to said tape at said coated side of said tape;   wherein said clamping strip is made from a foldable non-elastic material and wherein said tape is wider and longer than said clamping strip.
