Abstract
The present invention is a portable pedestal pan—a specially designed structure that is used in places without interior bathrooms or where going to the bathroom is inconvenient (such as outdoors, in hospital wards, and in the vehicle) and that is easily portable. The present invention comprises a top board, a vertically retractable supporting mechanism that is set under the top board, wherein the supporting mechanism is equipped with a caging device for locking upon retraction. The supporting mechanism optionally has a bottom board 14 that is set underneath the supporting mechanism and is connected to it. The top board is optionally a ring with a hole in the middle. When the invention is used, the supporting mechanism under the top board is vertically unfolded, and is locked by the caging device, and a scrap bag is sleeved onto the top board. After use, the scrap bag is taken off. The supporting mechanism is folded. The present invention is easy to carry and reuse.

2 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 1 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism is connected to a bottom board ( 14 ) that is set under the supporting mechanism.
3 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 1 , characterized in that the top board ( 3 ) is a ring with a hole in the middle.
4 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 2 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
a symmetric cross strut bars set under the top board ( 3 ) comprising mutually crossing a first left strut bar ( 19 ) and a second left strut bar ( 20 ) and mutually crossing a first right strut bar ( 5 ) and a second right strut bar ( 7 ), wherein an upper end of the first right strut bar ( 5 ) is fixed at the bottom of the top board ( 3 ) through an upper right gliding hinge ( 4 ) and an upper end of the second right strut bar ( 7 ) slides in a first guide rail set at the bottom of the top board ( 3 ), a lower end of the second right strut bar ( 7 ) is fixed at the bottom board ( 14 ) through a lower right gliding hinge ( 11 ) and a lower end of the first right strut bar ( 5 ) slides in a second guide rail set at the bottom board ( 14 ) and locked by the caging device, and wherein the connection of the first left strut bar ( 19 ) and the second left strut bar ( 20 ) to the top board ( 3 ) and the bottom board ( 14 ) is symmetrically identical to that of the first right strut bar ( 5 ) and the second right strut bar ( 7 ).
5 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 4 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
a connecting rod ( 25 ), wherein the connecting rod ( 25 ) is connected to a crank handle ( 10 ), and wherein the connecting rod ( 25 ) is welded with a nut coupling with a screw shaft ( 8 ) and is also fixedly connected to the first left strut bar ( 19 ) and the first right strut bar ( 5 ).
6 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 5 , characterized in that
a lower left pulley ( 22 ) is fixed at a lower end of the first left strut bar ( 19 ), a lower right pulley ( 12 ) is fixed at a lower end of the first right strut bar ( 5 ), the lower left pulley ( 22 ) is buckled in a lower left guide rail ( 23 ), the lower right pulley ( 12 ) is buckled in a lower right guide rail ( 13 ), the lower left guide rail ( 23 ) and the lower right guide rail ( 13 ) are fixed at the bottom board ( 14 ) in parallel, an upper left pulley ( 15 ) is fixed at the upper end of the second left strut bar ( 20 ), an upper right pulley ( 2 ) is fixed at the upper end of the second upper right strut bar ( 7 ), the upper left pulley ( 15 ) is buckled in an upper left guide rail ( 16 ), the upper right pulley ( 2 ) is buckled in an upper right guide rail ( 1 ), and an upper left guide rail ( 16 ) and an upper right guide rail ( 1 ) are fixed under the top board ( 3 ) in parallel.
7 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 7 , characterized in that a left supporting spring ( 21 ) and a right supporting spring ( 26 ) are also installed on the bottom board ( 14 ).
8 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 2 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
an upper supporting board ( 36 ), and a lower supporting board ( 39 ), wherein the upper supporting board ( 36 ) is connected to the top board ( 3 ) through a second hinge ( 34 ), wherein a lower end of the upper supporting board ( 36 ) is connected to an upper end of the lower supporting board ( 39 ) through a second hinge, and wherein the caging device comprises a torsion spring ( 37 ) which is installed at a place of contact between the upper supporting board ( 36 ) and the lower supporting board ( 39 ), so as to form an outward convex angle between the upper supporting board ( 36 ) and the lower supporting board ( 39 ) when opened, to prop up the top board ( 3 ), and maintain stability between the upper supporting board ( 36 ) and the lower supporting board ( 39 ).
9 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 8 , characterized in that a lower end of the lower supporting board ( 39 ) is connected to the bottom board ( 14 ) by a hinge ( 311 ), wherein the hinge ( 311 ) is fixed on the bottom board ( 14 ).
10 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 9 , characterized in that
a hook buckle ( 32 ) is also installed under the top board ( 3 ), the hook buckle is connected to the top board ( 3 ) through an additional hinge ( 31 ), the additional hinge A ( 31 ) is fixed under the top board ( 3 ), a hook buckle spring ( 315 ) is installed on the hook buckle ( 32 ), the hook buckle ( 32 ) always maintains deflection in one direction under the action of the hook buckle spring ( 315 ), a hook buckle clasp ( 317 ) is installed on the bottom board ( 14 ), and the hook buckle ( 32 ) at its end is equipped with a reverse hook.

a rotatable disk ( 56 ) which is installed on the bottom board ( 14 ), at least three first strut bar connecting pieces ( 52 ) which are installed under the top board ( 3 ), and an identical number of second strut bar connecting pieces ( 53 ) which are installed on the bottom board ( 14 ), the first strut bar connecting pieces ( 52 ) are connected to the second strut bar connecting pieces ( 53 ) by strut bars ( 51 ), the top board ( 3 ) is rotatable, the second strut bar connecting pieces ( 53 ) are rotatable on the bottom board ( 14 ), the second strut bar connecting pieces ( 53 ) are connected to second connecting rods ( 5 ) the second connecting rods ( 55 ) are connected to first connecting rods ( 54 ), the first connecting rods ( 54 ) are connected to the rotatable disk ( 56 ), and the caging device is installed on the bottom board ( 14 ).
13 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 12 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
a handle ( 510 ) fixed on the rotatable disk ( 56 ), and a first caging post ( 58 ) and a second caging post ( 59 ) both of which are installed on the bottom board, wherein one end of the handle ( 510 ) is connected to the rotatable disk ( 56 ), one section of the handle ( 510 ) is positioned between the first caging post ( 58 ) and the second caging post ( 59 ), wherein when the handle abuts the second caging post ( 59 ), an acute angle is formed between the second connecting rod ( 55 ) and the first connecting rod ( 54 ), and when the handle abuts the first caging post ( 58 ), an obtuse angle is formed between the second connecting rod ( 55 ) and the first connecting rod ( 54 ).
14 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 12 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
an action switch ( 516 ), and a motor ( 517 ), wherein a motor gear ( 518 ) is installed on the motor ( 517 ), the motor gear ( 518 ) drives the rotatable disk ( 56 ) to rotate, wherein a first infrared sensor switch ( 52 ) and a second infrared sensor switch ( 521 ) are installed on the bottom board ( 14 ), and a sensor aperture ( 519 ) corresponding to a first infrared sensor switch ( 520 ) and a second infrared sensor switch ( 521 ) is installed on the second connecting rod ( 55 ), wherein when the second connecting rod ( 55 ) moves to a position where the sensor aperture ( 519 ) corresponds to the first infrared sensor switch ( 52 ), an acute angle is formed between the second connecting rod ( 55 ) and the first connecting rod ( 54 ), and when the second connecting rod ( 55 ) moves to a position where the sensor aperture ( 519 ) corresponds to the second infrared sensor switch ( 521 ), an obtuse angle is formed between the second connecting rod ( 55 ) and the first connecting rod ( 54 ).
15 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 1 , characterized in that the supporting mechanism comprises
at least two supporting feet, and a top of the supporting foot is connected to the top board ( 3 ).
16 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 15 , characterized in that
the two supporting feet are a first supporting foot ( 71 ) and a second supporting foot ( 72 ), and the tops of the first supporting foot ( 71 ) and the second supporting foot ( 72 ) are respectively connected to the top board ( 3 ) through shaft pins ( 77 ) and bent to be parallel with the top board ( 3 ).
17 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 16 , characterized in that the first supporting foot ( 71 ) and the second supporting foot ( 72 ) respectively comprises two connected support legs ( 73 ) and are symmetrical.
18 . The portable pedestal pan according to claim 15 , characterized in that the caging device comprises
conversion limit buckles ( 74 ), limit springs ( 75 ), and convex limiting blocks ( 76 ), wherein the conversion limit buckle ( 74 ) and the convex limiting block ( 76 ) are respectively installed on a first supporting foot ( 71 ) and a second supporting foot ( 72 ), respectively, and the conversion limit buckle ( 74 ) and the spring ( 75 ) are connected and mutually coordinated with the convex limiting block ( 76 ) under the action of the limit spring ( 75 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
