Abstract
The invention comprises a frame ( 1 ) of bars formed by an upper face, a lower face and lateral faces, and comprises supports that act as a butt to stop the movement of the mirror facets ( 7 ), which are conveniently screwed to the face opposite the load face. Inner shelves ( 2 ) and outer shelves ( 3 ), in the interior of the frame ( 1 ), formed by flat structures, are joined to the supports ( 6 ), defining cavities ( 4 ) wherein the facets ( 7 ) are housed. Angle brackets ( 8 ) join the outer shelves ( 2 ) to the load face, while strips ( 9 ) join the inner shelves ( 3 ) to at least one adjacent shelf ( 2, 3 ). Elastic pads are inserted between the shelves ( 2, 3 ) and the strips ( 9 ) or angle brackets ( 8 ) for the purpose of absorbing small movements. Sealing means in the form of closed profiles are incorporated to prevent the facets ( 7 ) from abandoning the frame ( 1 ). The facets ( 7 ) may be arranged horizontally or vertically.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A rack for secure transportation of solar concentration mirror facets, comprising:
a parallelepiped frame composed of bars that define a lower face, an upper face and lateral faces, the frame being adapted to allow insertion of the facets in said frame through a load face along a load direction perpendicular to said load face; supports fixed to the face opposite the load face, which act as a butt to stop the facets in their movement through the interior of the frame along the load direction; inner shelves and outer shelves disposed in the interior of the frame, joined to the supports, defining cavities wherein the facets are housed; first joining means between the outer shelves and any of the bars of the load face; and second joining means between an inner shelf and at least another adjacent shelf.
2 . The rack of claim 1 , wherein the frame is adapted for transporting facets disposed horizontally.
3 . The rack of claim 2 , wherein the load face is a lateral face.
4 . The rack of claim 1 , wherein the frame is adapted for transporting facets disposed vertically.
5 . The rack of claim 4 , wherein the load face is the upper face.
6 . The rack of claim 1 , wherein the first joining means are angle brackets adapted for being screwed to the outer shelves and to any of the bars of the load face.
7 . The rack of claim 1 , wherein the second joining means are strips adapted for being screwed to an inner shelf and to at least another adjacent shelf.
8 . The rack of claim 1 , additionally comprising sealing means on two of the opposing lateral faces that prevent the mirror facets from falling out through said faces.
9 . The rack of claim 8 , wherein the sealing means are closed profiles disposed between opposing vertices of the lateral faces where they are disposed.
10 . The rack of claim 8 , wherein the sealing means are closed profiles disposed between two opposing bars of the face where they are disposed.
11 . The rack of claim 1 , further incorporating pads made of elastic or plastic material disposed between the strips or angle brackets and the shelves for the purpose of absorbing small deformations.
12 . The rack of claim 1 , further incorporating two supports.
