Abstract
A touch pen includes a body and a head fixed on one end of the body and electrically connected with the body. The head includes a carbon nanotube composite material. The carbon nanotube composite material includes a carbon nanotube structure and a conductive material layer coated on the carbon nanotube structure.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A touch pen comprising:
a body; and a head fixed on one end of the body and electrically connected the body, wherein the head comprises a carbon nanotube composite material, the carbon nanotube composite material comprises a carbon nanotube structure and a conductive material layer coated on the carbon nanotube structure.
2 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the carbon nanotube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes joined by van der Walls attractive forces, and the conductive material layer is coated on an outer surface of the plurality of carbon nanotubes.
3 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a plurality of micropores is defined between adjacent carbon nanotubes of the plurality of carbon nanotubes.
4 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 3 , wherein a diameter of the plurality of micropores is less than or equal to 5 micrometers.
5 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the diameter of the plurality of micropores is in a range from about 50 nanometers to about 500 nanometers.
6 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the conductive material layer comprises an electrically conductive polymer layer made of a material selected from the group consisting of polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene, polyacetylene, polyparaphenylene, poly phenylene vinylene, and any combination thereof.
7 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a thickness of the electrically conductive polymer layer is in a range from about 30 nanometers to about 150 nanometers.
8 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a weight percentage of the material in the carbon nanotube composite material is in a range from about 5% to about 80%.
9 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the weight percentage of the material in the carbon nanotube composite material is in a range from about 5% to about 20%.
10 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the conductive material layer is a metal layer having a thickness in a range from about 1 nanometer to about 20 nanometers.
11 . A touch pen comprising:
a body; and a head fixed on one end of the body and electrically connected the body, wherein the head comprises a carbon nanotube composite layer and a supporter having an outer surface, the carbon nanotube composite layer is coated on the outer surface and electrically connected with the body, the carbon nanotube composite layer comprises a carbon nanotube structure and a conductive material layer coated on the carbon nanotube structure.
12 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the carbon nanotube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes joined by van der Walls attractive forces, the conductive material layer is coated on each of the plurality of carbon nanotubes.
13 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 12 , wherein a plurality of micropores is defined between adjacent carbon nanotubes of the plurality of carbon nanotubes.
14 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 13 , wherein a diameter of the plurality of micropores is less than or equal to 5 micrometers.
15 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the diameter of the plurality of micropores is in a range from about 50 nanometers to about 500 nanometers.
16 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the conductive material layer comprises an electrically conductive polymer layer made of a material selected from the group consisting of polyaniline, polypyrrole, polythiophene, polyacetylene, polyparaphenylene, poly phenylene vinylene, and any combination thereof.
17 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 16 , wherein a thickness of the electrically conductive polymer layer is in a range from about 30 nanometers to about 150 nanometers.
18 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 16 , wherein a weight percentage of the material in the carbon nanotube composite layer is in a range from about 5% to about 80%.
19 . The touch pen as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the carbon nanotube composite layer is a ribbon-shaped layer helically wrapping around the supporter.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
