Refill pouch

Abstract

A refill pouch includes a head member and a pouch member connected with the head member. The head member has a threaded portion and a disc portion formed thereon. The threaded portion has one end connected with a top side of the disc portion. The threaded portion adapts to be threadedly connected with a pump head. The head member has a through hole defined therein and extending through the threaded portion and the disc portion. The pouch member is securely connected with a bottom side of the disc portion. The pouch member has an opening defined in a top thereof and located corresponding to the through hole for communicating with the through hole. The pouch member has a wall thickness gradually decreasing from the top to a bottom thereof.

1 . A refill pouch comprising:
 a head member, the head member having a threaded portion and a disc portion formed thereon, the threaded portion having one end connected with a top side of the disc portion, the threaded portion adapting to be threadedly connected with a pump head, the head member having a through hole defined therein and extending through the threaded portion and the disc portion; and   a pouch member securely connected with a bottom side of the disc portion of the head member opposite to the threaded portion, the pouch member having an opening defined in a top thereof and located corresponding to the through hole for communicating with the through hole, the pouch member having a wall thickness gradually decreasing from the top to a bottom thereof.   
     
     
         2 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the disc portion of the head member extends downwardly and outwardly from a center thereof. 
     
     
         3 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the pouch member has a maximum thickness being in a range from 1.1 to 3 times of ? a minimum thickness of the pouch member. 
     
     
         4 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the pouch member is flat. 
     
     
         5 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the pouch member has a neck portion annularly formed on a periphery thereof, the pouch member gradually decreasing from the top to the neck portion and gradually increasing from the neck portion to the bottom in size. 
     
     
         6 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the neck portion centrally locates between the top and the bottom of the pouch member. 
     
     
         7 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the opening of the pouch member has a diameter relatively smaller than that of the disc portion of the head member. 
     
     
         8 . The refill pouch as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the disc portion is connected with the top of the pouch member by a connection means chosen from high-frequency sealing or hot-press laminating.
