Abstract
A base station apparatus capable of communicating with a user equipment terminal using an uplink shared channel includes a radio resource allocation unit configured to decrease frequency resources allocated to the shared channel, when transmission power of the user equipment terminal is less than a predetermined threshold.

3 . A base station apparatus capable of communicating with a user equipment terminal using an uplink shared channel, comprising:
a storage unit configured to store a correspondence between a radio resource available for the shared channel, uplink radio quality information, and a transmission scheme used for transmitting the shared channel; a determination unit configured to determine the transmission scheme to be used for transmitting the shared channel based on the uplink radio quality information and the radio resource available for the shared channel with reference to the storage unit; and a notification unit configured to notify the user equipment terminal of the determined transmission scheme.
4 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the storage unit stores, as the transmission scheme, a data size used for the shared channel, and the data size is determined to be a maximum value which satisfies a predetermined error rate, when the uplink radio quality information and the frequency resource available for the shared channel are fixed.
5 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the storage unit stores, as the transmission scheme, a data size used for transmitting the shared channel, a modulation scheme used for transmitting the shared channel, and the amount of frequency resources used for transmitting the shared channel.
6 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the uplink radio quality information is determined based on both SIR of a sounding reference signal and a power offset between the sounding reference signal and the shared channel.
7 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 6 , wherein:
the power offset is determined based on path loss between the user equipment terminal and the base station apparatus.
8 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the radio quality information is adjusted based on a priority level determined by a data type.
9 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the radio quality information is adjusted based on both a decoding result of the uplink shared channel and a required uplink quality.
10 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 9 , wherein:
the radio quality information is adjusted based on both the decoding result of the uplink shared channel and the required uplink quality with respect to one of plural logical channel groups.
11 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 10 , wherein:
the logical channel group used for adjusting the radio quality information comprises a logical channel group with a highest frequency of transmission occurrences.

13 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 10 , wherein:
the transmission scheme comprises at least one of a data size used for transmitting the shared channel; a modulation scheme used for transmitting the shared channel; the amount of frequency resources used for transmitting the shared channel; and HARQ information for the shared channel.

15 . The base station apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein:
the determination unit decreases the amount of frequency resources which is determined as the transmission scheme, when either the amount of data in a buffer of the user equipment terminal or the maximum amount of data which can be transmitted by the user equipment terminal is below a data size which is determined as the transmission scheme.
