Abstract

A hook terminal is disclosed, the terminal including: a hook unit formed with an upper side-opened fixing groove into which a cable of several strands can be inserted; a fixing unit integrally formed with a bottom side of the hook unit and fixed to a main body; a cable disengagement prevention unit formed at an upper end of the hook unit to inhibit the cable from being disengaged; and a plurality of pressure lugs formed at the hook unit to inhibit the cable from moving to an axial direction by applying pressure to an external surface of the cable, whereby the cable disengagement prevention unit fixing the cable by way of hot pressing work inhibits the cable of several strands from being disengaged and from moving to an axial direction.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A hook terminal, comprising:
a hook unit formed with an upper side-opened fixing groove into which a cable of several strands can be inserted; a fixing unit integrally formed with a bottom side of the hook unit and fixed to a main body; a cable disengagement prevention unit formed at an upper end of the hook unit to inhibit the cable from being disengaged; and a plurality of pressure lugs formed at the hook unit to inhibit the cable from moving to an axial direction by applying pressure to an external surface of the cable.

2 . The hook terminal of claim 1 , wherein each of the pressure lugs takes the shape of a gear to allow gear teeth to be meshed with an external surface of the cable.

3 . The hook terminal of claim 1 , wherein an inner upper surface of the hook unit is formed with an inclined surface.

4 . The hook terminal of claim 1 , wherein the fixing unit is fixed to an injection molded body by way of double injection.

5 . The hook terminal of claim 1 , wherein the fixing unit includes a flange unit in which the main body is accommodated, an insertion unit that is inserted into the main body, and a through hole into which materials forming the main body are inserted when the main body is formed.

6 . The hook terminal of claim 5 , wherein the main body is formed with a material capable of being formed by injection molding method.

7 . The hook terminal of claim 5 , wherein the main body is formed with a material capable of being formed by double injection molding method.

8 . The hook terminal of claim 1 , wherein the hook unit includes first and second support pads, each pad facing the other pad, and an insertion groove interposed between the first and second support pads to allow two or more cables to be inserted thereinto.

9 . The hook terminal of claim 8 , wherein an upper end of an inner surface faced by the first and second support pads is formed with inclined surfaces each surface symmetrically formed.

10 . The hook terminal of claim 9 , wherein the cable disengagement prevention unit is formed by deforming the cable by hot press work after the cable is inserted into the insertion groove.

11 . The hook terminal of claim 10 , wherein the pressure lugs are formed at an inner surface of an insertion groove formed at the hook unit.

12 . The hook terminal of claim 11 , wherein each of the pressure lugs is formed with a plurality of gear teeth each having a pitch smaller than a diameter of the cable.

         13 . A hook terminal, comprising:
a hook unit formed at an upper side with an opening capable of inserting at least two cables, where the other end of the opening is formed with a fixing groove in which inserted cables are accommodated; a fixing unit integrally formed at a bottom side of the hook unit to be fixed at a main body when the main body is formed by injection molding; a disengagement prevention unit formed at a vicinity of the opening formed at the upper side of the hook unit to inhibit the cable from being disengaged; and a plurality of pressure lugs formed at an inner surface of a fixing groove of the hook unit to inhibit the cable from moving to an axial direction by applying pressure to an external surface of the cable.

14 . The hook terminal of claim 13 , wherein the fixing unit includes a flange unit accommodated into the main body with a first depth, an insertion unit that is inserted into the main body with a second depth by being formed with a width narrower than that of the flange unit, and a through hole formed at least one or more portions of the fixing unit or the flange unit to allow materials forming the main body to pass when the main body is formed by injection molding.

15 . The hook terminal of claim 14 , wherein the hook unit includes first and second support pads, each pad facing the other pad, and an insertion groove interposed between the first and second support pads to allow two or more cables to be inserted thereinto.

16 . The hook terminal of claim 15 , wherein an upper end of an inner surface faced by the first and second support pads is formed with inclined surfaces each surface symmetrically formed.

17 . The hook terminal of claim 16 , wherein the cable disengagement prevention unit is formed by deforming the cable by hot press work after the cable is inserted into the insertion groove.

18 . The hook terminal of claim 15 , wherein the pressure lugs are formed at an inner surface of an insertion groove formed at the hook unit.

19 . The hook terminal of claim 13 , wherein each of the pressure lugs is formed with a plurality of gear teeth each having a pitch smaller than a diameter of the cable.
