Abstract

A garment securing device comprising: a button top cap and a button back cap. The button top cap and the button back cap comprise a button assembly. The button assembly when attached though the garment(s) forms the garment securing system such that the at least one garment is secured in a user-preferred orientation. Further, the button assembly is usable to hold a first garment and a second garment in stasis to each other. The button assembly acts in a capacity of a garment-tightener and/or a garment-loosener. The button top cap has a top surface and a bottom surface, and an extruded pin. The button back cap has a front surface and a back surface, and an extruded pin receiving aperture.

1 . A garment securing system comprising:
 a button top cap having,
 a top surface and a bottom surface, and 
 an extruded pin; 
   a button back cap having,
 a front surface and a back surface, and 
 an extruded pin receiving aperture; 
   wherein said button top cap and said button back cap comprise a button assembly;   wherein said extruded pin of said button top cap is pierced through a first side of said at least one garment and said extruded pin receiving aperture receives said extruded pin, said extruded pin receiving aperture of said button back cap located adjacent a second side of said at least one garment such that said button back cap acts to hold an inside portion of said at least one garment stationary in relationship to an outside portion of said at least one garment held stationary by said button top cap; and   wherein said button assembly when attached though said at least one garment forms said garment securing system such that said at least one garment is secured in a user-preferred orientation.   
     
     
         2 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button assembly is usable to hold a first garment and a second garment in stasis to each other. 
     
     
         3 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button top cap comprises decorative indicia. 
     
     
         4 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button top cap comprises gemstones. 
     
     
         5 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button top cap comprises fabric. 
     
     
         6 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button top cap comprises a cloisonné. 
     
     
         7 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button assembly comprises a lapel pin. 
     
     
         8 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button assembly comprises a brooch. 
     
     
         9 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button top cap comprises a diameter of about ½ inch to about 2 inches. 
     
     
         10 . The garment securing system of  claim 9  wherein said button back cap comprises a diameter of about ½ inch to about 2 inches. 
     
     
         11 . The garment securing system of  claim 10  wherein said button top cap and said button back cap comprise at least one surface area by which said at least one garment is secured without tearing said at least one garment. 
     
     
         12 . The garment securing system of  claim 11  wherein said surface areas are located on said bottom surface of said button top cap and said front surface of said button back cap wherein said surface areas comprise a friction-grip. 
     
     
         13 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button assembly acts in a capacity of a garment-tightener. 
     
     
         14 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button assembly acts in a capacity of a garment-loosener. 
     
     
         15 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said extruded pin comprises a post having a pointed tip for piercing said at least one garment. 
     
     
         16 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said pointed tip of said extruded pin comprises a spear tip. 
     
     
         17 . The garment securing system of  claim 1  wherein said button back cap comprises a clutch for holding secure said extruded pin within said extruded pin receiving aperture. 
     
     
         18 . A garment securing system comprising:
 a button top cap having,
 a top surface and a bottom surface, and 
 an extruded pin; 
   a button back cap having,
 a front surface and a back surface, and 
 an extruded pin receiving aperture; 
   wherein said button top cap and said button back cap comprise a button assembly;   wherein said button assembly acts in a capacity of a garment-tightener;   wherein said button assembly is usable to hold a first garment and a second garment in stasis to each other;   wherein said extruded pin of said button top cap is pierced through a first side of said at least one garment and said extruded pin receiving aperture receives said extruded pin, said extruded pin receiving aperture of said button back cap located adjacent a second side of said at least one garment such that said button back cap acts to hold an inside portion of said at least one garment stationary in relationship to an outside portion of said at least one garment held stationary by said button top cap;   wherein said extruded pin comprises a post having a pointed tip for piercing said at least one garment;   wherein said pointed tip of said extruded pin comprises a spear tip;   wherein said button back cap comprises a clutch for holding secure said extruded pin within said extruded pin receiving aperture;   wherein said button top cap comprises decorative indicia;   wherein said button top cap and said button back cap comprise at least one surface area by which said at least one garment is secured without tearing said at least one garment;   wherein said surface areas are located on said bottom surface of said button top cap and said front surface of said button back cap wherein said surface areas comprise a friction-grip; and   wherein said button assembly when attached though said at least one garment forms said garment securing system such that said at least one garment is secured in a user-preferred orientation.   
     
     
         19 . The garment securing system of  claim 18  further comprising a kit including: said garment securing system having a plurality of said button assemblies in various designs and materials; and a set of user's instructions. 
     
     
         20 . A method of using a garment securing system comprising the steps of:
 piercing an extruded pin of a button top cap through a first side of at least one garment;   said extruded pin receiving aperture receiving said extruded pin, said extruded pin receiving aperture of said button back cap located adjacent a second side of said at least one garment such that said button back cap acts to hold an inside portion of said at least one garment stationary in adjacent relationship to an outside portion of said at least one garment held stationary by said button top cap; and   attaching said button assembly though said at least one garment thereby forming said garment securing device such that said at least one garment is secured in a user-preferred orientation.
