Abstract
Compositions comprising a first biological molecule from a Neisseria bacterium and a second biological molecule from a Neisseria bacterium. The term “biological molecule” includes proteins and nucleic acids. Preferred Neisseria species are N. meningitidis and N. gonorrhoeae.

A composition comprising a first isolated biological molecule from a Neisseria bacterium and a second isolated biological molecule from a Neisseria bacterium, wherein the first biological molecule is from a first GNA1870 and the second biological molecule is from a second GNA1870, wherein said first biological molecule and said second biological molecule are different.
2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first biological molecule and the second biological molecule are from N. meningitidis and/or N. gonorrhoeae
3 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first biological molecule and the second biological molecule are from N. meningitidis.
4 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first biological molecule comprises a first amino acid sequence selected from (i) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3516; and (ii) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516; and the second biological molecule comprises a second amino acid sequence selected from (a) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3518; (b) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518, (c) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3520; and (d) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 4 , wherein the first amino acid sequence is the sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3516; and the second amino acid sequence is selected from (a) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3518; and (b) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 4 , wherein the first amino acid sequence is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516; and the second amino acid sequence is selected from (a) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518, and (b) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first biological molecule comprises a first amino acid sequence selected from (i) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3518; and (ii) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518; and the second biological molecule comprises a second amino acid sequence selected from (a) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3516; (b) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516, (c) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3520; and (d) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 7 , wherein the first amino acid sequence is the sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3518; and the second amino acid sequence is selected from (a) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3516; and (b) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 7 , wherein the first amino acid sequence is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518; and the second amino acid sequence is selected from (a) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516, and (b) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 1 , wherein the first biological molecule comprises a first amino acid sequence selected from (i) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3520; and (ii) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520; and the second biological molecule comprises a second amino acid sequence selected from (a) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3518; (b) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518, (c) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3516; and (d) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516.

The composition of claim 10 , wherein the first amino acid sequence is the sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3520; and the second amino acid sequence is selected from (a) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3518; and (b) a sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3516.

The composition of claim 10 , wherein the first amino acid sequence is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520; and the second amino acid sequence is selected from (a) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518, and (b) 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516.
13 . The composition of any one of claims 1 - 12 further comprising an adjuvant.

The composition of claim 6 , wherein the first amino acid sequence further comprises an epitope from SEQ ID NO: 3516; and the second biological molecule further comprises an epitope from SEQ ID NO: 3518, when the second amino acid is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3518, or the second biological molecule further comprises an epitope from SEQ ID NO: 3520, when the second amino acid is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520.

The composition of claim 9 , wherein the first amino acid sequence further comprises an epitope from SEQ ID NO: 3518; and the second biological molecule further comprises an epitope from SEQ ID NO: 3516, when the second amino acid is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3516, or the second biological molecule further comprises an epitope from SEQ ID NO: 3520, when the second amino acid is 8 or more contiguous amino acids from SEQ ID NO: 3520.
