Abstract
An apparatus permanently installed for the cushioned, vertical or nearly vertical personal transport of an A type ladder of any size on a shoulder. Methods for using the apparatus are also described.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An apparatus to be permanently installed to cushion the lifting for vertical or near vertical transport of A type ladders of any length or width on a shoulder.
2 . The apparatus in claim 1 is permanently secured on the front and the back of the front underside ridge of a ladder step and the front inside of both side ladder legs, to the step immediately below by an adhesive compound.
