Removable Seat Slipper

Abstract

The instant invention relates to a multi-functional seat cover which can be placed on a variety of seats without the need to modify the overall design. The seat cover is constructed and arranged to be easily removable and transportable, such that it provides the user with a covering device that can function to cover one or more seats in a plurality of environments. In order to provide multi-functionality, the seat cover contains one or more pockets which are constructed and arranged to receive a variety of items, such as one or more head cushions, a plurality of personal items, and beverage storage.

1 . A multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types comprising:
 an elongated material having an upper portion, a lower portion, a front surface, and a back surface, and   a beverage container holding pocket attached to the bottom portion of said front surface, the bottom end of said back surface, or combinations thereof, said beverage container holding pocket having an open end and a closed end to define an inner cavity adapted to receive and support at least one beverage container.   
     
     
         2 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said material is made of moisture impermeable materials, absorbent materials, wicking materials, waterproof materials, hydrophobic, non-absorbing materials, rubberized backing materials, or combinations thereof. 
     
     
         3 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said open end of said beverage holding compartment pocket contains at least one sealing member. 
     
     
         4 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 3  wherein said sealing member is a hook and loop material, zippers, snaps, buttons, or combinations thereof. 
     
     
         5 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said beverage holding compartment pocket contains a device which maintains said beverage container in an upright position. 
     
     
         6 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said beverage holding compartment contains a device for holding individual beverage containers. 
     
     
         7 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 6  wherein said device is a rack containing a plurality of beverage container holding cavities. 
     
     
         8 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said beverage container holding pocket has two open ends and a main body there between to form a generally cylindrical pocket. 
     
     
         9 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 8  further containing two or more cylindrical pockets. 
     
     
         10 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 8  wherein said cylindrical pocket contains a single open end. 
     
     
         11 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 8  wherein said cylindrical pocket contains one or more sealing members. 
     
     
         12 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said elongated material further contains an upper portion pocket, said upper portion pocket having an open end and a closed end to define an inner cavity adapted to receive and support one or more objects. 
     
     
         13 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 12  wherein said upper portion pocket is adapted to receive and support a pillow. 
     
     
         14 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 12  wherein said upper portion pocket contains two closed ends to define a sealed inner cavity. 
     
     
         15 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 14  wherein said upper portion pocket contains at least one inflatable device for inflating and deflating said upper portion pocket. 
     
     
         16 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  further containing a main body pocket, said body pocket adapted for holding one or more items. 
     
     
         17 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 16  further containing two or more main body pockets. 
     
     
         18 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 17  wherein at least one pocket is located on said front surface and at least one pocket is located on said rear surface. 
     
     
         19 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 18  wherein said pockets form a dual pocket assembly. 
     
     
         20 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 1  wherein said beverage container holding pocket is insulated. 
     
     
         21 . The multi-functional removable cover for covering multiple surface types according to  claim 8  wherein said beverage container holding pocket is insulated.
